House was well stocked and very clean. Great view of the ocean!

The location was a 10. We enjoyed the condo and the amenities. Well-equipped place with everything you need for your stay.

Truly wonderful experience - the surroundings are beautiful and the home is very serene. We were impressed by all the amenities, everything we needed was available for a comfortable and stress free stay.

From the beginning, the directions to the cabin were concise and helpful. The property is perfect for a couple or a single. Cute cabin in a quiet and peaceful setting. The other cabin on the property looks larger and could probably accommodate a larger group and has a ocean view. The little cabin has it's own little pond that supports bird life and little mammals, ie rabbits and squirrels. It was enjoyable to sit on the deck which has a propane fire pit, with a glass of wine and truly unwinding from our hectic lives. All of the amenities were in good working condition and I can't think of any negatives. The management company is also thorough with directions and other info. I will definitely book again in the future.

The house was fantastic! It was well equipped the house instructions were very clear and thorough ! The staff was very responsive and all together it mar for a great vacation!

Wonderful home, great location,super clean,great beds, was everything it was advertised to be. Had a wonderful week with large family. Great patio up stairs for kids to play safely and golf cart made it fun for trips to Seaside an Grayton. Also close to Blue Montain Beach access an Ice cream shop with dounuts coffee and ice cream it’s a must . Can’t wait to come back , best rental experience with Avataystay!!!

The house on 315 Oleander Street was a very nice little house that I enjoyed staying in. The decor was great. The beds were comfortable and I like the location. It’s walking distance to some very good restaurants in nighttime entertainment places.

Check-in was seamless, and I loved the texting feature — it made communication so easy throughout our stay. The team checked in on us mid-stay to make sure everything was going well, and when a small issue came up, it was resolved quickly. Rapid response, great communication.
The house was exactly as described and we were well-stocked with everything we needed to hit the ground running. Nothing felt stingy — just one small suggestion: for week-long stays, two sets of bath towels and two sets of pool towels per bathroom would really elevate the experience and add that extra touch of luxury. It’s a minor detail, but it would make a meaningful difference.
Overall, a fantastic stay. A+ on communication, the app, and the text features. AvantStay will absolutely be my first stop when looking for rentals in the area again.

Very clean home well stocked with mugs glasses plates bowls and good quality sauté pans which allowed us to cook for our team. Very responsive hosts. Thanks for having coffee and tea and dishwashing packets available. One of my very top Airbnb stays!

The process was easy! The unit was clean and well stocked! The view was spectacular! The unit was large and the beds were comfortable! It is in a quiet location away from the crowds which appealed to us. Overall, we had a great stay!

Avantstay never sent a "field rep" to fix our communication problems. No TV availability. No internet availability. A "backup" internet sign in the unit with a Spectrum wifi connect that produced message "connected, no internet". We had requested and we're shown property was 1st floor with poolside view. It was 2nd floor in adjacent building. We think price adjustment is necessary.

First and foremost the place was very clean and put together. Each room had towels and extra blankets which was great it had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. Maybe the only thing that was missing was an air fryer but that is not necessary. The pictures did represent the property so we did appreciate that and the ease of getting in and checking out was a extra bonus

Location is perfect. Even though we were right in the middle of everything, you didn’t hear all the noise. I loved not having a window in the bedroom, I slept so good being in the dark. I didn’t like that the ironing board was broke. I had to iron our clothes on the floor. It would have been great to have more towels. I take 2 showers a day and I had to re-use a wet dry towel. There was only 1 towel per person.

The house was enough room for my family very clean but we had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom water was coming down on to the kitchen counter we could not use that bathroom and we had bad WiFi tv outside did not work and limited access in the house we were too far from our home we had to stay and make the best of it

The place was very nice but I gave it a 3 star because the dishwasher was not working and we found a pair women's dirty panties in the bathroom. They did offer to remove them and disinfect the area but we had already taken c/o it.
