Good Products from an honourable credible seller. I had to return one model unit because it did not provide the functionality I required and upgrade to a dearer better unit and these guys sorted that out for me promptly. Recommended.

Great diagnostics tool
Great diagnostics tool. Couldn’t find anything else that would connect to 2003 Nissan r50 pathfinder. Had old fault codes that I never knew and could clear them. Live data is good just doesn’t show oil pressure.

Great but one small issue
The communication leading up to the purchase was excellent and very helpful . I had a question after sale that was answered promptly also….. the only issue I have is that the usb charger does not include an adapter for Australia. It’s useless as is. Very strange.

No refund option if the item is out of stock.
The delivery was prompt. My only gripe is that the item I wanted was out of stock, so they sent me a similar item without asking me or giving the option to refund my money. The similar item was called an "upgrade".
