Very good and i am satisfied with the customer service

I have had a good experince with them from the beginning until the end. The car arrived in good shape. The one mistake I found they corrected by sending me money (it was an easy thing to fix, no machanic needed). The 21 days of test drive is awesome to get to know the car and evaluate the purchase decision further.

We have recently moved to Italy from the U.S. and I found their website online. I called in and spoke with Massimo Picasso, who is great to work with. I found a car I liked and had it delivered to me within 2 weeks. The process could not have been easier. I definitely recommend this company and would gladly do business with them on the future!

I purchased a Nissan X-Trail 4WD, 1.6dci, model 1/2018, 99000km, from Autohero and paid total cost at 2-1-2021.
I asked them too many times when i can receive the car and they never answered. The deliver for the car was for 7th February as their page wrote.
So I booked a flight from Greece to Italy after asking them again on 27th of February. 3 days before travel they canceled the delivery because the car was not still ready. So they returned me the cost of the tickets only if I would took the car, which I finally got.
Off course every time I was asking if they required more documents, so I can take the car. No answer.
When I received the car form Bari, they started telling me that I should have metal export plates (I had paper export plates). They talked with the Italian employee which gave me the export plates and all were good. After, they did not let me leave because of insurance. I gave them the insurance I made in Greece for the car and gone the same day in Nissan on Bari, Italy, in which a had an appointment, to inspect the car (Nissan Picca Motor).
After leaving 3 hours to Nissan’s mechanic Mr Marco for inspection, we returned to give us details.
They opened the oil tap on the top of motor and there was oil with mayonnaise. The anti-freeze reservoir with green fluid was below minimum. Mechanic required 2000euros+something more for fixing the damage.
I did not had time to check more details because the boat was living to Greece.
So I decided bad to take the car with me. Stopped 5-6 times to the Greek national highway and filled antifreeze liquid.
Returned to Athens and sent Autohero an email with all technical details. (Papers form Nissan service in Bari) , and pictures etc.
They answered me that will sent my email to their mechanics department and I had to let them know something, I do not knew what they meant.
Also the car had 2 tires with date 2017 in diagonial position and 2 with date 2019.

In the place I received the car , I saw and pictured other washed cars with used tires beside. I do not think that Autohero is a leasing company. It is a company that finds cheap and crap cars which takes, ads 1000-2000euros higher price and they sell them. No warranty and nothing

I still try to find where the antifreeze liquid goes. Nissan mechanic-A in Athens told me is the engine body. Today I got an email form Autohero that was written:
Ciao George,
abbiamo chiuso il tuo reclamo inerente alla categoria Tecnico/Meccanico per l'ordine ITDA271956.
(ENG: we have closed your complaint regarding the Technical / Mechanical category for order ITDA271956).

I have all details , as pictures, emails etc, recorded phone chats etc, so my cousin who is a lawyer in Italy will let them know in a few days, because I do not have time for sh...
So ZERO stars for Autohero, STAY AWAY

Update: 1 email and no phone call , I had already told them on the phone that I had no telephone call.
Also all emails are in Italian Language, so I have to translate them, I missed 1 email and the case closed

I wrote a review yesterday 27/1/2022 giving Autohero only 3 stars because I was initially "let down" by the after-sales service. However, I am writing another review and am giving AUTOHERO 5 STARS, because they moved quickly to resolve my issue, acting in both a professional and courteous manner - achieving the company's objective of an extremely happy and satisfied customer.

I found myself very well. Very professional, precise, available. I have already recommended their site to a friend.
