To be honest, the experience has been pretty good so far. The purchasing process is simple and efficient, the customer service staff are professional and efficient, and the cars here are very affordable, cheaper than most car dealerships on the market. Not sure yet about the after-sales service, but so far they deserve 5 stars

I must say I am highly satisfied with the car I bought.The car came in perfect shape as seen/shown on their website and even when a mechanical fault was discovered after some weeks,Autohero made sure the car was put back in shape.
They are exceptional.

I have ordered my car, the staff of Autohero have been very supportive to guide me as a foreigner not aware of all the regulations in Italy, the delivery has been made by Giuseppe from Bologna which was very kind and helpful with delivery and additional explanations about car and documentation, very professional.

So far not at all impressed. Waiting for car to arrive tomorrow. Do not have permesso di circolazione or other necessary documents to organise insurance despite calling and requesting them daily for over a week. a stream of unreturned calls and emails to the sales office who have thus far supplied misinformation. The vehicles look way better than they're in the gallery. The delivery was super fast and the deliverer was kind and professional. I'm a lazy guy and therefore I like the fact that the vehicle was delivered to my crib :).

I used the services provided by Autohero for buying my second car in italy. Compared to hastle i went through to buy my first car, the entire procedure to procure my second car via Autohero was a breeze.

Right from the get go of booking your favorite car online to the delivery of the car was simple, clear and easy. The assistance provided by my customer service agent Esmeralda was impeccable. She was available always to clear my doubts and calm my anxiety as its first i am buying a car online.

Regarding the car itself, which is a Mini by the way, came like it was almost brand new, even though the car was 5 years old. Regarding the aesthetics, the car was in immaculate condition. I have just bought the car a few days ago, so its too early to point out any mechanical issues which i hope wont arise. But the 1 year guarantee Autohero is providing is giving me confidence.

Overall i am ecstatic with my purchase and the car. two of my friends has already bought cars from Autohero and i will recommend it to my other friends and acquaintances as well.

After picking up the car, I had to go through the technical control but the car didn’t pass it. The suspensions and the rear tires were so damage that I had to change both for the administration to let me drive the car on the streets. Also on the first service after removing the front bumper I found out that the car was structurally damaged in an accident and covered up by changing the front bumper without replacing the front reinforcement beam bar and the left intercooler that was smashed too. This is not acceptable, it's not even legal !

Great service, simple process, quick delivery, and handover of vehicle was smooth. Our new car is exactly as advertised in great condition and mechanically sound.
Had only one tiny issue where the manual was not supplied, customer assistance was great in responding but unfortunately not able to supply the manual - they are available online anyway (and in many languages).
Overall really happy with Autohero and the car, I would highly recommend Autohero.
