Everything was online, I selected the car got the loan and car is here in a week and paid the remaining amount after I received the car, although the website was clear none of the operators didn't speak English

On the whole, it was a positive experience and home delivery made it possible for me to select from a wider range of vehicles than those available in my small Sicilian town.

Initially, I was leery about buying a car online, but the 21-day test drive provision convinced me. The delivery of the car was about a week later than expected. According to the tracking, it left the Autohero site on August 20 but did not arrive at my home in Sicily until August 27.

Another misconception or miscommunication was that the person who delivered the car would be able to point out all of its features. This did not happen, which was disappointing as the car is a hybrid and I wanted to better understand how that feature worked. Basically, the delivery driver told me he was only a driver and did not know about the car.

Though only a week in my possession, I have been pleased with both the product and the customer support.

I live in a remote spot in the foothills of the Sibillini. Going "hunting" for any product is time-consuming, frustrating and costly. With Autohero I was able to enter search criteria and come up with a shortlist of possibilities from the comfort of my own home. Youtube reviews of the vehicles were enormously helpful. Also, of course, the option to reject the vehicle within 21 days is crucial to an online purchase. Finally my chosen vehicle was delivered to my home on the date and exact time promised.

There was one small problem with the vehicle and Autohero advised me to go to a dealership and they would cover the cost. At the dealership they discovered another problem, so I had that repaired too. On receiving the appropriate documentation Autohero paid the bills immediately.

So far, I am happy with the vehicle and will not be returning it and am certainly very happy with Autohero.

Love the information that is gennaio on the car, how many owners, if in accident, warranty. Only things i have good credit but since I just moved to europe from USA autohere uses only 1 bank for finances, had to pay in full. In all I would recomend aoutohero.

Thanks to Autohero I was able to purchase a beautiful Honda Civic really easily and painless. Because I am living in US, purchasing a car in Italy isn't an easy process, likely I came across to the Autohero website. Once I found the car I liked through their website, I contacted them and.... that was it. They basically took care of all the bureaucracy and paperwork for me and few weeks later the car was delivered to my friend house who checked it out and drove tested. The car was in great conditions, exactly as described and shown on the website. Eventually, I used it for my vacation driving almost 10000Km in less than three months. During the process I interacted with several operators and all of them were kind, extremely knowledge and professional. I have to admit, I was quite surprised to find this car purchasing system in Italy which, many would saying, isn't the most electronically advanced country, so a big kudo to Autohero for taking Italy to the XXI century! I heartily recommend it. Give it a try I am sure you will also like no bs, or though negotiation with dealers.
