Although the parts were marked as in stock, it took five days to pack and hand over to the carrier.

I didn’t like this experience because your parts catalog doesn’t work correctly. First, the thermostat I received didn’t match the one installed in my car, and then I received a radiator intended for the diesel version of my vehicle, even though I specified in the settings that my car is petrol-powered.
