Not a good customer service regarding guarantee
Order a lock set after fitting found out one of the keys didn’t work properly have to pull it out to get it to work
So onto chat to see if a blank key can be supplied no not possible but was advised can make a warranty claim, ok gave them the information a couple of hours later a message been refused as doesn’t meet with their return policy. Nowhere to make a comment or complaint. If it doesn’t work as it should it’s not fit for purpose and needs to be replaced or returned for full refund and postings cost.
Referring to your reply below I’ve contacted you 3 times and got the same response “return don’t meet your policy requirements” with no explanation

The package was very poorly packaged, without any protection. In fact, it arrived dented and I had to fix it manually with pliers. This is not how packages should be shipped.

Update: problem was resolved. I also received bonus.
Original review: Their system doesn’t work well. I confirmed compatibility of purchase by the phone few times (was concerned because foto in the article was a bit different), but when part arrived it was wrong. I sent it back after one week didn’t receive refund (thankfully I bought something that they call insurance). And the funny thing is how their reviews system works.. I wrote one review about item that I was very happy about gave five starts, of course they published it. Second review was about incompatible fuel pump, this review they didn’t publish. Amazing reviewing, when publishing only good ones

Terrible experience -> They Made it Right
Terrible experience. I'm in search of a rear wiper arm: I went on their website, input my car plate and received a recommendation for an article considered compatible with my car. As you can guess, the article is not compatible. Now, for a mistake that is not mine but Auto-Doc's, I have paid for something that I cannot use, and on top of that I have to pay not only the shipping to send it back, but also 10 euros on top of the shipping. Tried to speak with a human being: impossible, all bots. Auto-Doc: Never again. You could have a customer, but you just lost it: and with me I hope many others.
UPDATE 17/01/2025: The Company timely reached out to me and offered to fix the mishap. I still think it was their website mistake (they disagree with me on this), but it was very gracious of them to reimburse me for the wrong article and to do so very timely, hence showing a reactive customer service that care about their clients.
