Very good prices and good quality, but it's very difficult to find the right pieces for your car. The ones suggested for you car can also be wrong, so how can you know? They say EAN number, but for a private is impossible to know. The service to check if the parts are OK for your car is not for free, but it's 10 euros. Luckily I had the safe return, so I can send back the parts for free.

I'm editing my initial review: I understand the reasons for the separate shipment, but the GLS courier behaved poorly in any case. I'm very happy to have received a call from an AUTODOC representative. My first order dates back to 2020. I waited maybe 10 or 15 days, but everything arrived in a huge box marked "Autodoc." I was very happy! In fact, since then, I've placed at least fifteen orders! BUT, I placed an order last month and received four shipments from four different parts of the world (honestly, given the widespread phenomenon of counterfeit engine oil, I would have carefully avoided buying engine oil from a certain region of Italy) with three different couriers: POSTE ITALIANE, DHL, and BRT. So, in addition to the engine oil issue, there's also the inconvenience of receiving three different emails from three couriers telling you "a package is arriving,"
"the package has been delivered,"
and yet the package hasn't been delivered.
So, you write to the Autodoc service, which is a BOT, and then file a PayPal dispute. That way, AUTODOC will deign to respond to you. Hehe... well done. Really poor service. I'll spend 20 euros more but I'll buy from the spare parts dealer near my house.

I ordered a Bilstein spare part for my BMW on their website.
I verified everything about my order and than I paid.

A few day later my order was changed on their system to Metzenger (a crappy Chinese product with a "Germany" word printed on the cardboard box, no CE mark and or any EU law compliance of the product).
Later I received that Metzenger product instead of the ordered Bilstein .
My order was modified.

I don't know German laws but that has a precise name under Italian laws.

Across dozens of spare parts websites linked to Autodoc GmbH, a popup promoting the mobile app appears immediately upon visiting. The issue? Clicking the “Close” button doesn’t dismiss the popup — instead, it forces a redirect to the Google Play Store. This is not a bug. It’s a deliberate, repeated tactic used across all their domains.

This behavior clearly violates the Google Play Developer Policy on App Promotion, which prohibits automatic redirects to the Play Store without the user’s explicit action. Forcing the app download funnel through a fake dismiss button is a textbook example of what Google defines as an abusive promotional method.

It’s also a classic dark pattern — a user interface designed to deceive. The company has knowingly deployed this design for years, showing a total disregard for ethical UX principles. Until this is corrected, I strongly recommend avoiding these websites and considering alternatives that respect user choice.
Personally if I see that popup I'll never buy anything from that site.
UPD: they didn't even read the text, the answer is completely irrelevant.
