What they advertised is not what they sent .When I complained they just kept making excuses. Do not buy from this company the are very dishonest.

I am very very happy with my very nice 17 inch Dell Laptop with the lit keyboard. So far, I have had no issues with it.

It works fine. It's fast. It came in looking and working like a brand new Dell laptop with no dents, no scratches. I like it a lot!!! The price was very very good too. I thnk they're very fair. It looks like they may have put a new adapter cord with it. Some of the new plastic was on still on the adapter cord plug as it would be if you went to a computer store and bought a brand new one. It's the new kind of adapter cord that is only one piece with the big plug that goes into the wall.

The only issue I saw is the person who boxed it didn't put the adaptor cord in a box. They had the laptop bubble wrapped nicely. They had the cord, not wrapped, tied and next to the laptop without a box where the weight of the computer was against it coming from NSW to Victoria. I let them know and they told me that if I had issues with the cord to let them know.

Easy to order, pay and have delivered.
Tech staff helpful when unit would not connect o internet.
I had ordered online therefore needed a dongle. I had a 2.4 ghz GHz one which
got me started until dual band arrived from ACTNo trouble since then. I made a mistake by buying a Dell which crapes its USB. Always had HP before and will stay with them
Otherwise good service . Simn and I have bought 9 desktops and laptops over the years from ACT

Great value, excellent specs and fast delivery. Would have given 5 stars but I got the wrong charger for the laptop I purchased - which set me back $$$ as I had to go and source an alternative correct charging pack so I could use the new machine while travelling, while I waited for the new (correct) charger.

I had issues with the purchase I made of a desktop computer. I made enquiries and was advised to send the unit back for a warranty check and also was provided with the postpaid connote. The unit was returned to me in working order within days. Very professional and great service. I would recomend ACT anytime.

Bought a computer in plenty of time for a deadline of when it was required. When it arrived it was locked to a private company! When I alerted them they admitted that sometimes the computers hadn't been wiped from where they were bought. Had to get another computer sent, was told I had to return the original by Tuesday at 1pm so left work to get to the post office then and got it all sent off in time. Was told it would arrive by the Friday (my deadline day) and it didn't arrive til the following week. Even though my first computer arrived without requiring a signature on delivery, they wouldn't change the second one so even when it arrived I couldn't receive it straight away. It was really frustrating and with no apology, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered two identical Pro 600 computers. They arrived in quick time and were well packed. The first worked perfectly, the second would not boot successfully. I contacted your staff by email and got an immediate helpful response. Acting on that advice, I was able to solve the problem. Both computers now work perfectly. To my surprise one of the computers had an extra 500G hard drive, which also works. Both have RS232 ports which are useful in my application. That was a bonus. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.

These guys test the equipment BEFORE they ship it. They are professional, and very easy to deal with.

Purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad P53 Intel 7 9th GEN, 32GB, 512GB for $619 refurbished. I had been researching for a general family workhorse computer for a couple of months. This seemed the best value for the money and faired very well against the same computer from other companies by several hundred dollars. I've had it for a month, and it came to me looking almost new. Just a few finger marks on the case but otherwise without a scratch. There was a slight hiccup with the wrong power cord initially sent. A quick call to Customer Service and the correct cord was sent to me in the next couple of days. Very satisfied with the purchase.

The product (a HP wireless/BT mouse) is great quality at a great price, with cheap and reasonably fast shipping. The customer service is A1 and I highly recommend using ACT.

Bought a A grade laptop from them, first one I got had dents,scratches all over and the touch pad wasn't working well. They told me to send it back to them I'll get a new one. The second one I got everything was working but had screws missing where the technician forgot to put them back in and also still dent marks on the edges like their B grades in advertisement. I'm ready to send the second one back again and have made a choice on another laptop where cost abit more but now they won't give me the choice which they should from all this stuffing around. I won't be using ACT in the future after this experience very disappointed.

Great condition computer for a great price. Glad this thing didn’t end up on the scrap heap when it’s original owner no longer needed it.

I bought a Dell 7410, refurbished with 2Tb SSD, 32Gb Ram.
I'm very pleased with the purchase, the price and the quality. The cost was 65% less than the equivalent I was considering.
I'll be back when I need a further upgrade.
