I only used the service once in October 2025.
It did not resolve my iphone issue, but I paid $38 for the service any way because the guy spent an hour helping me.
I was charged $76 again in November and December even though I did not use the service
There was no communication on my email.
I called to cancel and asked for refunds for those two unused months.
I was refunded arbitrarily only for half a month.
Very very bad service and a total rip off!
I should have read all the negative reviews regarding your billing practice.

Very ambiguous web site. If they say it is a payment of X amount of dollars they do not clearly say it is a monthly subscription! When I cancelled I only received about 50 Percent of the monthly payment that I had no idea was coming out of my bank account.
