Ask-crew sneaked into the Best Buy website seeming to be part of the company. Only $1 to have my question answered sounded ok, but immediately my credit card was charged $38 for monthly Membership fee??!! Credit card company sent fraud alert otherwise I thought I’d paid $1. I cancelled the whole thing so hope their tentacles are out of my business. They are a scam. Sneak and pounce is their policy!! Avoid!!

I just ordered Sirius last week as my wife wanted the app but there were some issues with the setup and we had to contact Ask-Crew and we spoke to Ann C. who was extremely patient with an old man. Ann did a great job with her suggestions. At the end Ann was extremely effective and a great person with her help and we are now connected to Sirius. She deserves a great year-end bonus for her ability to help with the Sirius software installs.

Unable to set up account and take advantage of the hulu disney+ bundle.
