I am blown away by incredible assistance from Shannon! My solicitor let me know one day before completion of my remortgage that we could not proceed without a Deed of Variation from A Shade Greener. I called, Shannon took the call, within the hour I had the draft, within the next hour it had been logged ad LR, within a couple of days it had been registered. Shannon responded always within the hour, absolutely devoted to getting this done as speedily as possible. I am so impressed!

Craig the electrician
Craig, the electrician came out today to sort out a problem we had with our solar panels; within minutes he had identified the problem and rectified it. He was professional and respectful of both us and our property, he was most informative and gave us some very helpful tips on how to get the most out of the system.

I needed support from the legal team and their service was excellent. In particular Shannon who was very professional, helpful and knowledgable. Efficient Fast Friendly Service
We instructed A Shade Green regarding a deed of variation on a lease required by our buyers lender. They handled the matter very efficiently and speedy. Landlord view
I'm a landlord with a BTL property that had solar panels installed by this company before I purchased. Dealing with them and helping tenants deal with them has been really easy. Their responses are timely and clear. Be aware that they don't install pigeon-proofing around their panels so the property owner would need to do that to stop damage.
