Excellent service from Ricky
I bought the house with the panels already installed. The company remotely monitor and informed me there was an issue. Today the engineer Ricky came out to sort the problem. I bombarded him with questions as I knew nothing about the system. He was brilliant answered all my questions explained how it all worked showed me on my smart meter how to check it. Told me the best times to use my appliances and fixed the problem with the system!. What an asset to your company, thanks Ricky everything is so much clearer now.

Supporting a house sale
I needed to access the legal information for a house sale having had solar panels installed 12 years ago. First the positives - Izabela was very helpful in supporting the enquiry and was with out doubt consistently the fastest in response time from any business that I have dealt with in many years! The panels themselves have been great - no issues and lots of money saved. The only negative and the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that I had to pay £288 for information that I would have expected to be freely available.

Ricky was the engineer from a shade greener maintenance, who called at my house today to look into the solar panel problem I had.
