Our solar panels stopped producing electricity and after a couple of days A Shade Greener contacted us to let us know, although we knew already from our smart meter monitor. We were told to reset a switch which had tripped, which we did. This didn't solve the problem, so I emailed the company. I received a phone call within a couple of hours to say an engineer needed to come out to replace a part, and this was arranged for 2 weeks' time. Hopefully all will go to plan and we'll be producing electricity again!

ASG - First Class Service
This is the third occasion that I have had cause to contact ASG with questions that I have had in connection with the sale of my property which had solar panels installed eleven years ago with the company. On each occasion I have dealt Izabela Saldat whose service has been top class. She is always courteous and extremely efficient in guiding me towards the most appropriate course of action, she deserves a medal!! I would have no hesitation is recommending ASG, their sales and most certainly after-sales service is first class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
