Scam and fraudulent site!
I ordered Airback Mat with built in vacuum system, but there were no vacuum system in delivered backpack. Also the rest of design, compartments and material did not match the pictures and videos in internet. I was waiting for the order about 2 month and only after reaching support they resent my order, however it appeared to be just a cheap copy without vacuum system. Ascribei offered 6$ compensation (I paid 80!). Never buy from this fraudulent site!

If I could have given zero stars I would have. Vacuum backpack paid for but £5 cheqp backpack sent instead. When I contacted customer services, surprise surprise the backpack is no longer for sale. Have never seen a penny back despite their staged messages on Trustpilot to get in touch. Nothing ever follows! Avoid at all costs!

Absolute Bogus website. Items DO NOT come from the US or the UK and the address they give in Hartord,CT is no way a legit address. Its in the middle of a very Corporate area, i highly doubt there is a distribution building in the area

Back pack which cost me almost $80. Cheap material as well. They kept insisting they sent the correct item. Paypal wanted the link for the item but the site already had removed it. At least paypal let me open a case but only half the money i spent i received. Also, the seller refused to pay for return shipping even through it is there fault.

Ordered a suitcase-backpack combo with vacuum capabilities for $80. They initially charged $93 but after questioning the charge, refunded $13. Item received weeks later was a cheap backpack that couldn't double as a suitcase nor had a vacuum capability. After questioning, they wanted me to send a photo and SKU. After obliging Ascreibi apologized for the inconvenience and offered $6 refund indicating they hope that would be satisfactory. I wanted to return the item but didn't receive any return instructions. I believe they deliberately scammed me and stole the money. Please do not do business with this company. They are a scam and not legitimate. They are fraudsters and thieves.

Would appear to be a scam site. Other feedback here would suggest the same. Ordered from a link on Instagram ads. Looked like a local Singapore distributor. Credit Card processed by a UK name company. Email and distribution link from China. Said delivery attempted 2 weeks after. No evidence of that. Emails go unanswered or reply with a link to a courier company, which they never respond and have no phone number. I paid for delivery insurance, yet they want to charge me for new delivery. UPDATE: After 2 weeks of sometimes ridiculous emails received, today I received a refund to my credit card. Only 50% though. Even though at purchase I paid for Delivery Insurance. Nice little earner for these people. $60USD for nothing.

The cologne game after 5 weeks it was a knock off it was a fake it had the name of the cologne on the box and the bottle but not the designer which was a clue and you spray it on and the smell went away within a minute Amber Oud AL Hamain highly pissed off and they want to give me $5 then $7 then $10 hell no I want all the money that I spent on my cologne back it'll never happen again false advertisements the commercial for it was the original cologne as soon as I opened up the box the label on the cologne bottle should have been gold plated this was paper and it was peeling off

Worst experience ever.
Delivery took about 5-6 weeks, and I recieved the wrong bag (should have been with a vacuum system).

I wrote to customer service and asked for a return label and they offered me a 6 USD refund if I kept the wrong bag.

Since this I have written 3 times asking for a return label and either a full refund or the correct item. They completely ignore me!

My best advise: Do NOT shop here!

And by the way dear Michael, Senior Director of Customer Support. It doesn't help that you write inhere, when you and your support team still won't answer mails and try to solve the problem.

Ordered vacuum enabled backpack and paid VIP P&P. After 2 months a completely different backpack arrived, worth a fraction of the 80+USD I paid. Customer services denied id been sent the wrong one and offered 6 & 8 USD respectively. Complete insult. You only have to read the reviews on TP to see that everyone who tried to purchase this item has been ripped off. If they can behave like this for one item why trust them with anything else.

Reported to PayPal who ended up being as useful as a chocolate fireguard!

Total scammers. Avoid avoid!!

Review 19/08/2024

After 3 weeks of waiting, I did not receive what I have purchased.

The backpack I ordered was supposed to have wheels and a handle to make it a hand luggage when needed, and most important, the main reason I purchased it, it was supposed to have an air suction device which is missing.

The backpack model I received in fact, does not seem to have the air suctioning pocket seen on the advert on Instagram and on Ascribei website page when I purchased it.

I repeatedly tried to flag the inconvenience to their support email address, to no avail. I got completely ignored for the last 20 days.

The absurdity is that their tracking system claims that my backpack hasn't even been delivered.

I am going to report everything to the authorities hoping that no other faithful customer will end up trusting this utter scam business.

I have ordered an Airback Matt Black based on the video demonstrating the vacuum system. I placed my order on 11th of July. The parcel arrived today morning (09.09.2024). I wish the long shipping time was the only problem. It’s a regular backpack without the vacuum system. I’m going to report it to Paypal even I don’t think that I can get my money back.

Following a facebook advertment I ordered a backpack with many features including a vacuum compartment. I paid through Paypal, waited a long time for shipping and received a simple backpack with few features and no vacuum compartment. Paypal referred me to the company. The company suggested I pay to ship the item to their Chinese warehouse at my own expence to get a refund. The company said that I received the item I ordered but offered 14USD compensation. Nothing short of a scam! Look at all the reviews complaining about the same thing. Pity I didn't read them first!!

Ascribei responded to my review suggesting I contact support. I sent the message below and copy their response.

"To tell the story again; I watched an advertisment video on facebook which showed the many functions of an Airback Backpack. Impressed and noting the substantial discount offered by Ascribei I clicked the option to shop now and ordered a grey version. What arrived was a standard grey backback. Ascribei support tells me that is what I ordered but it is not what I intended to order. I do not usually make mistakes when selecting and ordering items to purchase online. I was lead to believe that what I was ordering and paying for was the backpack I had just seen illustrated in the video. Nothing I read suggested otherwise. I received no formal receipt and the advertisment dissappeared from facebook so I am unable to provide any more evidence. I see from looking at the large number of one star reviews on trust pilot (27%) that most of those are written by people with the same story as mine; they ordered a Airback backpack as shown in the video and then received a different and inferior itrem. If you really want to put this matter right then I would be most grateful if you would send me the item your advertisment persuaded me to buy which is an Airback backpack. If this is a mistake, put it right at your own expense (you would be welcome to reclaim the 14USD part refund). If it is not a mistake then it is a scam.

They are a fraud!! They didn’t send me what i ordered (advertised vacuum backpack, instead they sent an Ordinary backpack) They sell through Facebook and their own site. Buyers beware

Think ten times if you can trust this shop before you buy anything!
I bought an Airback Matt Black bag, and was sent a wrong bag that looks alike/ duplicate. The seller also provided 2 different tracking numbers, one from USA, the other from China. And the real parcel came from China. It took 1 month plus for the shipping of the parcel to arrive.
Once I raised the issue to Ascribei, it offered me USD 30 to accept the bag.
The bag was bought via paypal. And paypal claims no responsibility for return of the item.

As you can see Michael from Ascribei replied to all 1 star review. I did email him about my problem, but after weeks, there is no reply from him. Therefore, it's just a trick of Ascribei to show that it cares about customers, but IN REALITY, it's ALL BULLSH*T. What a shame.

Ordered a product and it never came. They claim it was resent back to them as the delivery could not be made. Complete fraud and not trustworthy at all.

I ordered the item on July15th and received the item on Sep2nd inspite of paying for the transport. After numerous follow ups, I received the wrong item. What I ordered and what I received are different.

Scammers! Scammers! Scammers! They falsely advertise their vaccume enabled backpack, and sent me a completely different product. and Their customer service team offered me an insulting amount in refund in comparison to what I paid for the backpack. Don't buy anything from them, and always check company reviews.

I ordered lashes more than 2 months ago and till today I haven't received it. It's very disappointing and I would rather have my money back and not wait any longer for nothing.
