I have been awaiting a response from Ascribei for over 6 months and their customer service is yet to respond to my backpack issue. I sent many many emails to the customer contact provided via their response to Trustpilot. They are obviously a company who does not care about their customers and does not stand behind their products. I hope many people read this review and cost them some business.

Ordered 3 chargers on 11/19. It's 12/26 & I never received them. It says they shipped from Poland!!!! Had I known where this company was, I never would have ordered. It's been over a month - will dispute this charge.

I ordered chargers and have no order number to track them! And I want to know where my order is

I got an email from them saying that $22.45 had been added to my credit card. When I got a bill for $28.06 on my credit card from someone called "ascribei," I figured I had been scammed by someone else and got a new credit card number. Then I get a message saying that they had credited $28.06 back to my card, but checking the credit card company I found that they had no record of a refund. My suggestion: don't even think about doing business with TrustLovey or ascribei!

I purchased a Christmas decoration for $123. I was charged $142 on my credit card. 30 days later never received the item. I Did receive a full refund. No idea what happened to the item in shipping. Product stated it would be shipped in the United States within 2 to 3 days. Product shipped from Italy the first time and was lost. The company then sent a replacement item, this time from China which was also lost. Whole deal felt sketchy to begin with email notifications. Never should have done it. Ended up canceling my credit card due to fraudulent charges shortly after this transaction being made.

Ordered perfume and got some fake automatic tracking information. When the parcel was supposed to arrive my country, all info stopped.
I sent an email asking where the parcel was. I got an apology and they "sent" a new one. Have waited another 8 weeks with no info or items.

Do not use this fraudulent website. I ordered a backpack months ago and once they received my money, all links to my purchase removed or not accessible.

They are fraudsters.

Do not use this website or buy anything from them.

absolute scam. made purchase from ig and item never arrived, was given fake tracking information and they only kept trying to keep me waiting until banks don't refund money.

I asked for a replacement for my item not arriving after 3 weeks, 6 weeks, and 60 days. Received no help

I have been waiting for my backpack for over three months and have yet to receive it. Customer support just asks me to be patient. I have asked for a refund several times with no luck. Would not buy from them again.

Disappointing Experience - Do Not Buy

I ordered a light for $144 AUD and received a product that looks cheap and is worth only about $20 AUD. The quality is far from what was advertised. I reached out to customer support but have not received a satisfactory response. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller and their products.

I was scammed, I ordered a backpack that was supposed to have vacuum compression, but I received a regular backpack. I tried to return it and have them send me what I had originally ordered, but nothing worked. I bought a backpack that’s worth $10 on the market, paid $70, and they graciously refunded me $15, which is not what I wanted. They committed fraud.

FRAUDSTERS !!!! They use UK/US addresses and adverts. No item ever arrived. Told me my local depot had returned it and if I wanted it I would have to pay again. Will be taking legal action.

Paid in 3 by PayPal - after 2nd payment (month 2) had gone through, stuff still hadn't arrived. I emailed customer care as their tracking system is a fake website. Was told to just wait... then a silver card came through the post £3 too short on import duties. Parcel finally arrived after 2 months 3 weeks and lo and behold. Not the right bag, just some crappy old bag I could have bought next day off Amazon for less than half the price. Customer service 'apologised' will offer you a $30 refund, or return the item at your cost! Absolute sh@te customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - absolute dross!

This website is a scam I got a tracking link which seemed fake, they were not able to give me any details of the actual shipping company the parcel showed it had arrived in my country and clear customs however after 4 weeks still no delivery I then asked for a refund which they said was completed yet one month later I still do not have my money back avoid this website complete and total scam

Total scammer - DO NOT PURCHASE.

I fell for the airpack backpack scam as detailed by others. PayPal's automated systems essentially allows this scam to operate and even facilitates it to some degree and so the seller is insulated from any blowback or investigation by PayPal.

Here's how it goes down. You see a snazzy video (mine was on facebook), you click the link. Goods arrive and they are nothing like what you ordered.

You contact them, and they make a low dollar gesture amount in hope you won't complain to PayPal. You open a case with paypal and when it get's escalated to a claim they immediately offer a full refund for goods upon return.

Here's the kicker - it will cost you more than you paid to return the items (even though it's not your fault "they sent the wrong item by mistake"). You'll have no way to do anything as the PayPal system will request only the tracking information and will close the case down after 7 days, so they get away with the scam, and there is very little you can do.

They will respond to this saying review with please contact customer services (as they have everyone else), but won't actully do anything, because they know they are protected and I complained to them several times.

It's such a battle with PayPal etc that most people give up, and so they continue to get away with the scam.

I would give zero stars if I could! Rude scammers! Parcel never delivered, no help whatsoever! Sending me to local post office or to neighbour knowing that it was Yodel not Royal Mail who apparently left it somewhere? Yodel sends me to them, they are sending me to Yodel and PayPal who I made payment through don’t wanna know! Nightmare! Never ever again! Do not buy from them - scammers! I do not want Yodel around my house either! Ps. Emailed them as requested below - ignored it as expected! SCAMMERS!

Don't buy from these scammers. They sent me something completely different from what I ordered then played dumb when I complained and asked for my money back. Had me jumping through hoops to send photos of the item, the packaging, the courier labels. I did everything they said and then they told me they couldn't identify the item so offered me a US$2 return for a US$30 purchase. I tried claiming through PayPal, explaining how they had scammed me. Then they offered a full refund if I returned the incorrect item back to their return address (in China) at my cost. The return postage from New Zealand was going to be more than the amount of the refund. PayPal let me down by not looking into it properly and accepting their offer at face value, asking me to return the incorrect item (which was junk worth less than US$2). I don't believe the good reviews on this page. This business is based in China and not the US like they claim. Operators like this give good Chinese businesses a bad reputation.
