April 8, 2025, I ordered 3 tshirts. I never received them. The website they sent me is no longer available. The response to not receiving my order: "Ask all you neighbors if they got the shipment." The company screwed me out of $60.

Do not order from this company! I placed an order on April 8th for 2 shirts. They supposedly arrived in the US on May 8th. I have written to the company twice and was told that tariffs were holding up the delivery, which was ridiculous since they were in the country before any tariffs took effect. Then the story became that the package was unable to be delivered. Again ridiculous as we’ve never had an issue with deliveries. They refuse to refund my cost because they say they cannot retrieve their merchandise, which is certainly no fault of mine. They state they can resend my Oder but would charge me for it. I’m hardly going to trust this company with more money. So at this point they intend to keep the money I paid, and I have not received the merchandise I ordered.

I wish I had checked classic-agave.com out before ordering! I never received my order. I got an email saying it was delivered in my mailbox on 5/31/25 & it wasn’t. The post office can’t track it without a USPS tracking number & they won’t give it to me! I asked for a refund & they said it was delivered to the address I provided & thank you for understanding!

I would prefer to give NO STARS!!! Theire website specifically says they offer returns-if new & unused. I order on 4/12/25- I rec'd the 2 dresses(fine quality) on 5/12/25 & contacted them 2 days later. Over the next 4 days(due to the time difference we went back & forth- they 1st agreed to credit me $6- then I got them up to $10-I spent $68!!! This is not acceptable! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I purchased two shirts that did not fit, and have sent countless emails trying to return the shirts and get a full refund. They are now offering to pay me $6 (they increased it from their original offer of $4) or telling me that I can return the items AT MY EXPENSE TO CHINA!!!!

HOW IN THE WORLD DO COMPANIES GET AWAY WITH THIS!!! If I treated my customers like this, I would be out of business in a week!! This company should be ashamed of themselves.

Do not purchase ANYTHING from this business!!!

NO stars. I have to choose one. Scam company. I'm so mad for falling for it. I always check sites before ordering - I don't know WHAT got into me. Same complaint as everyone else. "Tracking" is fake. After 6 weeks I contact them. Even tho tracking shows items have been in the States, they suddenly say that it had been delivered weeks ago. And I paid extra for express shipping! Then they started blaming trump's tariffs, my neighbors must have it, the post office mis-delivered.....lesson learned. I just hope I can save at least one other person. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

I checked that this was a US company supposedly they are in Florida. Completely lie!!!! I haven’t received my item but I’m sure it will be poorly made since it’s coming from China. I’ll have to check my CC to make sure they don’t charge me more

Cheap fabric and odd fit. I tried to return it but they offered me $2.00 or I could ship it back to China. Total ripoff. I’m swearing off of Instagram. Everything I have purchased through them has been a ripoff by a Chinese company.

If there could be 0 stars I would rate them that. Total scam. The clothing is cheap. They won’t let you make a return if it doesn't fit. They overcharged by close to $15 when I originally bought it and it took over a month to receive. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT

It took forever to receive the shirts. They came separately and are different sizes even though they say the same size. Complaint resulted in the suggestion that I give one away and they would give me $2. What a joke.

Everything that is negatively described in all other reviews was the same with me. STAY AWAY.

Multiple issues with this so called company - 1 I cancelled the order within 5-10 min. of the purchase, sent two follow-ups and did not receive a response. In the middle of the night I received an email that the item had shipped and another responding to the first three emails; 2) they over charged my credit car by $8; 3) the amount was paid not to Classics-Agave but to AIY Tech; 4) the ad was deceptive - made it appear that the purchase was from Nordstrom. This is a fraudulent company who has no morals. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Terrible Experience.

“Parcel” never arrived; money never refunded. Just notices that the “package” is on the way. From Spain which was never mentioned previously, and where it hasn’t budged for days. I don’t know if they’re scam artists or stupid, but I had a miserable experience and am done.

Just a heads up friends. I was interested in an item sold online by this company. Having had issues before with ordering online from other companies, I did a little research and found that the address listed for the company was a private residence in Euclid:
2438 Parker Drive; 44121; South Euclid; United States
This alone does not indicate any wrongdoing as people can and do run businesses legitimately from their home however due to the sheer volume of their offerings they would have to either have a tremendous warehouse onsite or the residence is a remote location for processing orders and the products are shipped from elsewhere. The latter seems to be the case here and the products are shipped from China.
As the buyer is responsible for shipping charges (both ways in case of returns) please take that into consideration when making your purchase.
In my particular case, I chose to shop for a similar product locally. Blessings and Balance to you, dear reader, and to all those you cherish (people and pets).

The product shows as if it’s coming from Illinois when in reality, it’s coming from China. I bought two tops. I got something I would not even use as rags to clean the floor with.
They promise a full refund but they don’t tell you that you have to pay for shipping. That cost ends up being more than double the value of what you got scammed into buying.

I will NEVER buy from them again also, I will not us any service that stands behind paying or advertising for these shady products.

So terrible. Product looks NOTHING like the ad pictures. Will not refund. Offered $9.00 on a $60.00 purchase.

Biggest scam artists ever. No such thing as refund. Their size chart is so erroneous and I follow it by using tape measure. Pants were enormous on me. They replied i ordered an xl so give to a friend. We do not refund on items that were correctly ordered. Ignored all follow ups. Stay away. They are crooks

I ordered from this company. I had multiple issues. 1. I was over charged by 10$. 2. Website states ships from Florida. It actually ships from china. 3. Website states return policy of 30. They do not honor that. 4. Charged my card under a different companies nameThe emails I received from customer service offered 3 dollars back and after 6 emails I was offered 13 dollars back. The emails were extremely pore grammar and obviously a language barrier. This is a total scam. I reported them to the federal trade commission as well as American Express

Went to purchase something online. Card was charged multiple times and not one charge was for what I tried to purchase. Hack and Fraud

Size chart not accurate.
Return policy not honored.
Do not buy from this company!
