The quality of the bespoke frame was exceptional and in line with the marketing.
Even though there was a sizing issue with the manufacture of the frame when it initially arrived and after providing feedback to Artemest, there were no questions asked about resolving this with minimum fuss. There was a fast approach to remediating and manufacturing a new frame to the same highest standards. It was produced and distributed with priority and even though there was a hiccup with this transaction, the customer service was truly beyond my expectation. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely use for future needs.

I still have not received my shipment, as it looks to be stuck in France since the 6th of December (for 10 days now)!! I ordered well in advance to have it here for xmas and it looks like I won't be able to give this gift. I don't appreciate this one bit.
