Their customer service is superb!
I ordered an expensive pair of glasses for a gift and when they arrived, one of the glasses was broken.
I contacted them and immediately got a reply back, and a replacement was shipped out within just a few days, in plenty of time for Christmas. And the glasses are absolutely gorgeous.
