Another excellent annual boiler service carried out by the friendly and very professional Steve. No need to say more - well done and thanks, Arlow.

Arlows have looked after all our plumbing, heating and boiler needs for years now, we wouldn’t use anyone else. Always totally delighted with their work, usually preventative through annual servicing and safety checks but also to sort out any issues that might crop up. Very efficient booking system (thanks Kerry, you’re fab), engineers always on time and are brilliant. Really brilliant (Steve! Top man!). Can’t fault anything about this business, not even the pricing. Fantastic company and the best in the Bridgwater area. Professional, reliable, honest and also, really lovely people.

Arlow Plumbing have been brilliant. They initially installed my boiler and as per the warranty requirements I have it serviced annually. The service is very comprehensive the engineer being there a number of hours each time and the engineer does a thoroughly good job.

We required a replacement fire valve and on contacting Arlow Plumbing and Heating there was a very fast and efficient response from administrator Kerry who booked us a service engineer for the same day. The heating engineer Steve, carried out the required work thoroughly and with professionalism leaving the work area immaculate and the task complete. I can't speak highly enough about the service provided by this firm and would recommend them unreservedly.

All the engineers we’ve had over the years have been reliable, on time, professional and courteous, especially Steve who is always cheerful and a pleasure to have around.

Arlow were great, right from the start, the lady (Kerry) was very helpful . The first engineer (Steve) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problems. The required parts were ordered, and a new appointment was made.
Alex the second engineer arrived and did a great job installing the new parts and checked the heating system.
Now now works really well, better than when we first moved in.
Both engineers were neat and tidy and cleaned up well before leaving.

From the initial enquiry through to installation, the team were professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to clearly explain the new boiler system, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident with everything before going ahead.

The installation itself was carried out quickly and to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and care taken in my home. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated.

You can tell they genuinely take pride in their work and customer service, nothing felt rushed or overlooked.

As always, a quick, efficient boiler service and radiator check. Everything spotless after work was completed. Cheerful and happy, our service engineer (plumber) was polite and presentable. Always has time to let you know what hes doing. Even had time for a quick chat about motorcycles. See, said he was a nice person.

We have been with Arlow Plumbing and Heating for 3+ years and are more than satisfied with their work. The team at Arlow, Kerry and Steve in particular, have gone out of their way to work around our schedules and to provide help and advice with all our plumbing and heating needs from boiler services to one off repairs on bathroom faucets.

We needed someone to come out and repair a faulty faucet fast. Fortunately Steve was checking on a boiler for us at the time. He immediately contacted head office and Arlow had a plumber out the next morning. The job was done in less than an hour. Brilliant!

Second annual service on our Vaillant boiler. Everything thoroughly checked and explained to me, engineer (Steve) really knew his stuff and was a very organised and tidy. (so much better than the disgusting service I had on our old boiler from British Gas.) Well done Arlow.
