Overall extremely reliable service. Customer pre and post sales was an enjoyable time as I got to experience first hand their full service with a one to one tutorial offered by the staff. I must have asked like a 100 questions and they answered every single one is perfect fine full detail.

They have great support, always willing to help you no matter the time of day or night.

I love their discord server. It's full of their entire customers and they all help each other every day and the longest I had to wait for a question was no more than 10 minutes.

I am a guy who never posts reviews but after hosting with this company I felt they deserved one.

I have in the past hosted with 4 other hosting companies but none of them compare to ASHosting. Sweet low pings and no lag has been noticed. THANK YOU ASH!!!!

Super FAST servers and GREAT service!
ARKServerHosting.co.uk and their auto instant server setup was easy & fast. Latency times are fantastic for me being in the west, and I experienced zero server side lag during my rental period. I experienced nothing but the best hosting experience.

They offer great servers, in my option they are the god of all server hosts. I have had no problems with them since I started hosting with them. Performance is simply out of this world. I also would like to comment on their professional support, very helpful group of people. Very fast response times (almost instant) via discord.

I really enjoy this product immensely. At a reasonable price helps you want to try the product more than it would if the price were to be unreasonable. The server performance is great, very little issues.The auto Mod updates are superb and fast making the wait time less than normal which is great. the support is good, efficient and easy to comprehend and polite.I really like the fact that you can get free stuff ( BattleMetrics ) it's good incentive to use your product.The Discord community is fun, helpful and friendly. The servers have the best uptime i have seen. The auto mod updates are great. Any problems were solved by the amazing support system. To top it all off they have a great discord community.

Has done an absolutely amazing job with the servers I've played on. I've experienced no server side lag issues and the server rarely ever crashes and is promptly fixed when it does. They also maintain an active relationship with the players of their servers, as I have seen over my several months of knowing them.

I've used other server to run ARK. None besides ASHOSTING has provided all my needs to keep our ark community happy and running smooth. Mod updates, cluster migration and overall support provides for an excellent experience.
With a large player base that is heavily into building, boss fights, and level up spam, the servers can handle it all. If you are looking for a top notch server for ARK look no further and take it from someone who has tried the rest.

Let me just start off by saying the customer service is top notch, answers any questions I had right off the bat. Not only is the staff super knowledgeable, they are very responsive. You can ask any questions and not feel like your doing the whole world a disservice. The community far better than I could have ever hoped for, there discord is awesome! Not only is the customer service amazing but their pricing is phenomenal! My ping has always been low and my sever has never lagged! I mean that right there is why I don't go anywhere else! I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants fast and reliable servers.

I really like their customer support and response time. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I gotta admit though that I do look closely at pricing and found Ashosting very competitive and in my range. The auto updates are a massive plus as well and saves me time to take care of all my important task. Pricing is very competitive and customer service is top notch. There was an issue with the migration of my cluster from another hosting company. This company not only fixed it, they spent almost 45 minutes on the phone with me making sure I was satisfied and the issue resolved.

There customer service is some of the best i have seen and one of the nicest communities i have ever been apart of. Not to mention how amazing there servers run. Just a all around great company that cares

No matter what problem you may have the community and the staff are always there to help you through it. Server set up is easy to do and managing the service is practically automatic
