I can't fault this. downtimes hardly ever happen and should they do, it's usually a world wide thing and the host are on it to do what they can asap. good value for money

Great team to work with here, when we had an issue they fixed it very quickly and went above and beyond.

Currently host for the server(s) I play ark on and can honestly say that we've never had any issues with quality of service.
On the rare occasion something hasn't been quite right with the server the issue has been resolved promptly. I have only positive things to say about the service provided.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend based on my experience so far.

An amazing service, which has allowed our servers that we rent to run 24/7, with issues being fixed even during the host's sleep time just to make sure it's back up and running as soon as possible. They've assured that we have the best experience we could have, with as much access and options as possible. Couldn't have wished for a better server host.

This server hosting is probably the best you'll find, there is constant support and even when the staff is busy the ashosting community will help you if you're in a situation.

I tried several other server providers... (a lot) and some of them felt really good... but... and this is a big BUT, once I tried arkserverhosting.co.uk I realized the difference between a good one and the best one. The servers are Top tier, I never ever had any lag with them, The control panel is the fastest one out there, it is a little different than the most of the panels but once you get used to it... It is amazing too.... The mod updates? ohhh those updates... none of the server providers has anything like what they have. A real time update checker what will immediately see if there is a new version and starts to send warning messages to the players about an upcoming restart in X minutes... It can not be more perfect than this.
If you need support you get it in no time, they even have a very nice community on discord to get help if you need.
I just can not imagine a better server provider. Keep up the good work. You guys are amazing.

Quick response the owner himself helped me out every time i had issues, (that i caused myself) servers run beautifully. He has a discord with information on how to do pretty much everything you can do with a ARK server. Absolutely nothing to complain about i cancelled my subscription (was super easy) bc my friends stopped playing. But i will be back when the new map comes out

I said I needed help and instead of making me feel bad for not knowing anything they showed me and taught me everything I needed to know.

They were honest with me I contacted christian and asked him if their servers could handle what I wanted and if I needed the performance package. He was honest with me and sad I didn’t need it That just blew me away.

Their support team went above and beyond helping me with my server getting it setup and configured and setting up settings and just everything.

I was new to renting a server and was nerves and they were very friendly and helpful, and It made things a lot easier knowing I had their support team ready to help if I needed it.

ASHosting has created a pretty good community of people they were very nice and helpful and when I asked a question in discord someone always answered even if it wasn’t the staff themselves.

Just a fun experience I liked having a server with them would do it again cool guys

I needed help with something and I got my help no complaints everything was good but, when christian was talking to me he treated my a normal person he wasn’t super professional robot (some might say that’s bad) which was a very nice and refreshing to just talk to another human

Control panel was a little confusing at first but I figured it out not as much helpful articles or tutorials as I would have liked but overall good service great support would use again.

So, this was my first time getting a ark server (I really didn’t know what I was doing) I got the server went to the control panel (I believe that’s what it was called again complete newbie here). I could not understand what to do at all I had no clue where to go so I put in a ticket.

The guy that answered my ticket christian said to go to the discord and look at the tutorials he also said if I still couldn’t figure it out to message him on discord and he would help me. I went to there tutorials stuff It was good but didn’t have what I needed was lacking in information to help new people like me.

So, I messaged him and he went into a call with me I shared my screen and he spent the next 2 hours explaining the whole control panel like everything. It was amazing best support I have ever gotten.

I have been playing ark for some time now and every server always lag some are better then others but with ASHosting we didn’t lag like at all period it was nuts we couldn’t believe 10/10 love it.
