First pet insurance claim was at vets on Sunday. Put claim in on monday and paid out thursday very quick refund and no hassle making claim 10/10 for me

We put a claim in for treatment with a vet , sent in a claim on line Argos paid after 7 days absolutely brilliant.

The whole process was handled via my parent’s vet and it was quick and seemless. Argos communicated with my parents by text and email throughout the whole process and were clear in their comms.

Been doing Argos insurance for quite a few years now and first time I have had to claim for 1 of my cats, it's been really quick and easy and straight forward as the vets sorted it out for me and Argos kept me informed and updated.I'm really glad I have got Argos pet insurance for my cat's.

I would ask people to stay away. LV are much better. As soon as Argos pet insurance found out my cat had an illness, the payment went up by £40.00 a month, despite my cat not requiring regular treatment . I cannot change to another insurance company as they dont cover existing illneses. I find this to be fraud and irresponsible! Please stay away. Ive never had an issue with my other cat with LV, they pay out straight away, no stress.
