A total of m 12 days has passed since…
A total of 12 days has passed since my order was placed, no package has been sent.
According to the trackingnumber the package still hasn't been sent.
I have now sent three e-mails to the different adresses with zero response from the company.
I ordered a used bag costing 1900€ (18500 SEK) but the service has been appalling so far.

According to UPS, the import duties and fees have already been paid for this shipment. They sell fake bags
I bought a Fendi bag which was clearly fake (as in paint on the sticking was plastic). I sent an email to retro tale and ask them about their certification process. They did not answer any of my emails (I sent six) and my last eamil when I said I want a refund, they answered and said "now you cannot get a refund because 14 days have elapsed". However I had sent emails every three days before that without response. I am especially angry because I have bought 7 bags from them, and I had my suspicions about at least 2 being fake. The last one was obviously fake it just means I wasted a ton of money on fake bags.

The bag was exactly as described in images, felt almost as it was better in real than described, and also a really fair price. It took a little time to get it sent, but I was kept updated throughout the process, so everything was fine. Will definitely shop again with trust and confidence.

As all orders are shipped from Sweden, any applicable import charges are determined and collected by local customs authorities and are not retained by A Retro Tale.
Regarding the authenticity certificate for your Cartier watch, we would like to clarify that certificates are sent separately by email 17 days after purchase. This process is in place to ensure that customers have the opportunity to exercise their right of withdrawal before the certificate is issued.
We are also sorry to hear that you felt your email was not answered. Providing a high level of customer service is very important to us, and we regret any frustration caused by the delay in communication.
