Bought an advertised brand new Seiko, the watch came in an old box, it came with scratches and grime in the case back, also some marks in the bezel ring. I sent them detailed pictures through mail, I asked for a refound or discount, they only offer me 5% of discount which was 400Kr or order a different model but never mentioned the refound even though I asked for it. Never again from this shop.

Watch as per description, no issue with the delivery which was done by dhl. Arrived on time. Case and wrapping fine. Good to know, box does not come with any paperwork for the warranty or the watch it self.

I had to research and figure out why I hadn't received the watch I bout for my wife's Christmas present. No email or anything from them let me know that there was a problem and that shipping would be delayed with my order but not stating when the order would be shipped still.
According to the webpage, my order ought to have been sent within 1-2 days. Then the order confirmation said 4-7 days. After 8 days without an update, I chased my order when I was told that it was coming from an external storage to the normal storage and was arriving there today and then I should have it within 2 days (This sounded like BS and if it was true then it likely meant that they had sold me something that they did not yet own). Then after a further 2 days I got an email saying that the product had already been sold before they had the chance to remove it from their webpages - in that case, why did they lie and tell me that my product was arriving at the storage when I spoke with them. I replied to the email that I wanted my money back and then called the next day. The lady (Sara?) was very pleasant and helpful and I received my refund within 2 days, however the whole experience has put me off ever using them again since they had 40k sek of my money for nearly 2 weeks under false pretenses. They are not a serious dealer and you should avoid using them if buying a luxury watch.
They didn’t send my watch, they didn’t send my money. They are impossible to reach and even slower to reply. I made my order 12 days ago!! Even Chinese websites send notifications and products faster!!! Big regret never ever gonna buy anything from here!! It was a birthday gift and I already ordered way before Black Friday how come you can be that late and don’t even bother to inform me about it?!!!
I bought a watch through Uret.se and I got to wear it for about a week before it became obvious that the watch was broken.
Took them months to verify this, and even though they have acknowledged that the watch wasn't functioning properly, I still can't get my money back.
This is illegal off course, but they don't seem to care.
Their customer service consist of either having a mail conversation with someone who will send one line answers without explanation, or calling them during the 2- hour window their phone is open and get told that the section that handles returns and damaged products, of course do, not have a phone.
Other comparable dealers have all, quite quickly and willingly, returned the item and the money.
Sidenote:
Looking through the reviews on here I can see an unhealthy amount of 5-star bot reviews, so my guess is that their score is quite a bit lower than is shown. At the very least, 50% of the positive reviews are prompted.
Anyway, I can't stress enough that even though uret.se might not be an outright scam site, their customer practices makes it so that they might as well be.

I ordered some watches with heavy discounts and paid around 10,000 sek. These discounted listings remained online throughout the day. And in the evening they cancelled all my orders stating "database errors" even though their website showed a clear discount, not erroneous list price. I went online to check and some of the other discounted watches continued to be listed even after my order was cancelled.
I was very sad to see my order cancelled, watches bring great joy and as a collector I was very excited to get great timepieces for myself and my wife. So it felt very disheartening to see it taken away without a fault of my own.
I don't know if I can trust a retailer which can have such faulty technology and cause confusion as well as wasted time in researching the right watch only to cancel it all.

I ordered a watch as a gift and went through multiple cancellations despite items being listed as “in stock/by order.” When the final watch (worth €2,000+) arrived, it showed signs of use, the strap was stretched and unusable, and the warranty card didn’t match the manufacturer’s records. Customer service only offered €30 compensation for a €180 strap, yet they promote “10% off or up to €150 on your next purchase” for leaving a review. This shows exactly where their priorities are. Never again — buy from an authorized dealer or Chrono24 instead.

I recently ordered the Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional 42 mm (Ref. 310.30.42.50.01.001) on July 21. At checkout the watch was listed as in stock with a 1–2 business-day dispatch promise, which was critical for me. Over the next three weeks I exchanged several emails, only to receive vague updates about “external warehouse” delays and shifting estimated lead times. No firm shipping date or tracking information was ever provided, and my order was ultimately cancelled without clear resolution.
UretVintage truly does offer an impressive selection of vintage and modern timepieces at competitive prices. Unfortunately, their logistics and order-fulfillment processes fall short of expectations. The lack of transparent communication and reliable delivery commitments made what should have been an exciting purchase into a frustrating experience.
If you’re in no rush, you may find great deals here. But if you need accurate delivery times and proactive customer support—especially on high-value items—be prepared for uncertainty. I hope UretVintage improves its lead-time accuracy and customer-satisfaction focus, because they have all the ingredients for a top-tier watch retailer.

This is the second time I am buying a high value watch, and they actually never send it after a month and I have to cancel.
Customer support is not helpful, answering late and pretty much no difference from a robot answer.
Are you expecting to buy that watch from gray market and then sell it to me during that period? I don’t understand where your external warehouse is located so that it takes over a month to send such an item (if you ever send it)
