I ordered 2 dresses only one was…

I ordered 2 dresses only one was delivered which I was happy with the other was never received message to say I'd returned it and was refunded but I never received and did not return it I can only assume it was out if stock but why take payment and order if an item is out of stock was very disappointed in your service

Have not received the dress I ordered…

Have not received the dress I ordered two weeks ago to be collected in store, although money for it was taken from my account. I have had confirmation of order, then nothing. Having emailed customer support I have had no response. I am very unimpressed and will be following this up in the local store.
Edit: my dress was in the store all along so all’s well that ends well. However, I still don’t understand why it took your member of staff 5 days to respond to my email or how before that you were able to send me an email asking me to do a review for the order I hadn’t received but not an email to tell me it was in store waiting for collection 🤔
