The package being delayed arrived at the place when the recipient had left. After days of agonizing contact on what’s app the company could not stop the delivery and was not willing to change to another address in the same address. The package has still not been handed over to the right person. And in the guardianship of another person. Very poor service indeed.

I very rarely leave negative reviews, however after this experience I genuinely feel I have no choice.
I spent over £400 at the Westfield APM Monaco boutique and was never verbally informed that all in-store purchases were final sale/no refund, despite discussing possible resizing and returns during the purchase. Only afterwards did I discover that refunds apparently only apply to online orders. I contacted customer service the very next day with all items completely unused and still in their original packaging, yet a refund was refused and only exchange was offered. Since then, follow-up emails regarding arranging the exchange have gone unanswered, with no response received since 11th May despite being told to check my emails for updates.

As I was left with little practical option, I ended up keeping and using the jewellery. Unfortunately, after wearing the earrings I experienced irritation/infection, which was surprising given the jewellery is marketed as “stainless and hypoallergenic.” For a company selling jewellery at these prices, the customer service, communication and transparency around policies have been extremely disappointing. Customers should be clearly informed at the point of sale that boutique purchases are considered final sale.

Beautiful designs, but the overall aftercare and customer experience have completely put me off shopping here again.

I had a disappointing experience with APM Monaco jewelry. I purchased earrings from this brand twice, and both times the right earring had a faulty clasp.
The first pair were studs, and the second pair were hoop-style earrings — but again, the right one kept unclasping by itself. Because of this, I ended up losing both pairs.
Maybe it was just bad luck or a manufacturing defect, but unfortunately this has been my experience. For the price and reputation of the brand, I expected much better quality. Sadly, I can no longer recommend APM Monaco, and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I absolutely love my Morse Love ring from APM Monaco. The design is elegant, modern, and very feminine — exactly the kind of jewelry that looks luxurious without being too much. The ring feels comfortable to wear every day and the quality exceeded my expectations.

The packaging was beautiful, delivery was smooth, and the whole shopping experience felt premium. I’ve already received compliments wearing it. Definitely not my last purchase from APM Monaco! 💍✨

Good service

Very disappointed with APM Monaco quality and customer service. I bought a ring only 4 months ago, wore it normally, and already 3 stones have fallen out. On top of that, the gold color faded and the ring shape became distorted so quickly. For the price, I expected much better quality. I paid 97€.

What makes it even worse is that they refused to refund my money. A ring should definitely last longer than a few months without falling apart. I would not recommend buying jewelry from APM Monaco based on my experience.
