Delivery times
I had a call in the morning at about 9:30 to say that they would be with me in an hour they arrived at about 1pm. They then only had part of my order and told me they had to go back to Northampton for the rest and they would be back in an hour. They arrived back at just after 4pm with the rest of the order. I also had a separate van turn up at 12:30 with a bathroom cabinet delivered separately as this was added to the same order and was told it be delivered at the same time. As self employed I planned to go to work when it was delivered so arranged work in the afternoon when I was told they be arriving would be in an hour (10:30 approximately).
The delivery guys were great but the information and delivery slots were very poor. In fact had 3 deliveries that day two from the same crew and one other 🙄

Delivered to wrong address. Admittedly similar but totally different postcode.
Lied and said it was delivered to someone with my name - unlikely.
People of phone trying to sort it out were rude and didn’t actually sort it out.
Went and collected it myself in the end
