Poor Product Quality and Customer Service
Purchased a 20 x 20 tent. On the second use, the peak beams completely bent and the whole tent collapsed. This was a very expensive purchase and expected the quality of the product to reflect that. I contacted customer service and they refused to offer any refund or replacement parts. Extremely disappointed, horrible product quality and even worse customer service.

The directions were horrible… confusing and the joint diagrams too small!!

I loved the design
I loved the design, however, I find the quality of the fabric of the canopy and screening to be less than I expected. Also, I ordered a 10 x 10 and expected the interior to be 10 X 10, instead it measured 8'6" square so I had to eliminate some of my furniture. I also had to sew tabs on the bottom of the zippers to put your toe on to zip up the zippers easily. You might want to add that to the screening.
sorry if I sound like I am complaining too much but this isn't my first gazebo.
