Bistro set
I ordered a Bistro set for my son's new apartment and I couldn't believe how quickly he received it.
It was a little difficult to assemble but it looks beautiful once it was all set up.

The product itself is of very good…
The product itself is of very good quality. Assembly was very straight forward. Delivery was excellent.
However, I was dissapointed the item was a returned item and repacked.
The bag of screws were opened and one of the legs had scratches on it. There were no missing pieces but I am dissapointed I was not told I would be receiving a returned item with scratches. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

I don’t know if the pieces are wrong or the whole thing was never meant to work but I should have stopped when the back part had the pre-drilled holes in the wrong spot. Now it looks like this and I don’t know what to do. I have a picture but it won’t allow me add it.

Poor Product Quality and Customer Service
Purchased a 20 x 20 tent. On the second use, the peak beams completely bent and the whole tent collapsed. This was a very expensive purchase and expected the quality of the product to reflect that. I contacted customer service and they refused to offer any refund or replacement parts. Extremely disappointed, horrible product quality and even worse customer service.
