Filing cabinet foibles
The instructions/diagrams could have been a bit clearer. I put the locking device upside down! And the delivery company, left the heavy box at the bottom of our front steps and didn't ring the doorbell to notify us. I am 90-years-old and couldn't lift the box up the stairs. Fortunately, a neighbour was kind enough to let me know the package had been delivered and brought it into the house. Overall, it is a beautiful piece of furniture and it serves my purposes.

The tents/canopies (3) I purchased were fine, but the storage/transport bags that they came in were paper thin, weak and easily ripped under the least amount of stress/use. I find this unacceptable as the intent of purchasing the canopies was to use them on multiple occasions...as a result, I will not be making any future purchases of this nature with your company.
