Extremely disappointed in terms of communication & services they offer
Their customer service is just the worst. Website experience as bad as it looks. I had a part time job, while recieving benefits. Because the company was paying in the french system I was paid a bit different than in Denmark. I explained this to them and their employer just simply answered "this is just a strange way to be paid" and even though I did everything as FTFA said while
I was writing my monthly hours document correctly, every month they were asking for money back.
I decided to get my case examined by Styrelsen for Arbejdsmarked og Rekruttering
as the whole situation was very disappointing from their side.
So be careful if you have a part time job and want to sign up with FTFA.

It was good and insightful discussion…
It was good and insightful discussion both times I have had meetings with FTFa. The advisors are really empathetic and they really listen. I was kind of less enthusiastic about my current circumstances, but after the call I am very inspired and all charged up.

Good luck trying to speak to someone.
You hope that a company that exists to provide help in an unpleasant time would be available on the phone. However, if you call them you just get an automated message that they're too busy to answer the phones.
You can not speak to a person either way.
How in 2024 they do not offer a call back service is beyond comprehension.
All you do is take my membership fee for absolutely nothing, and when I finally need your help you are nowhere to be found. Disgusting service.

Have no experience with other companies but
The worst service.
They take forever to respond to mail and are impossible to reach by phone that won’t even set you in a waiting line - instead you get greeted with an automatic response text ‘we have too many people trying to contact us, call later’ all day long and phone just hangs up. their excuse text of ‘we are receiving many calls, messages, etc so it takes longer for us to respond’ has been up on the website for months.
Have been waiting for APPROVAL to receive vacation money from may, june and july - it’s july already, who knows when it will be paid out.
During the whole time I had peviously spent as unemployed couldn’t be bothered even once out of multiple meetings together with jobcenter and then they feel like they can say ‘we help people finding job’.
