More opportunities to learn the Danish language for long-term residents are needed.

FTFA misinformation made me lose benefits, time and money.
FTFa told me back in May that I was eligible to get help while building my business when my development funding would run out in the last quarter of the year. I talked to them multiple times during the months to make sure I was doing everything right.
Now that I actually need their help, I am told that they can't help me anymore because I am no longer eligible. This means that I've been paying more than five months of subscription for nothing and now that I've had enough and want to cancel my subscription, they want me to pay for another month with no benefits whatsoever. This all happened even though the A-kasse had the information and could've told me I wasn't eligible all along, saving me thousands of kroner.
There is no way for you as a user to see how many hours you are eligible for help, which makes you totally dependable on their member phone service or chat, this is a system where you can't hold anyone responsible for the lack of information or the misinformation they provide.
I would recommend anyone looking at their services to find an alternative, because even if their services look cheaper on the surface, they will find a way to make you lose more than the difference in costs if you were to choose a more capable alternative.
