Amtechdiy honoured a 3 year warranty on a rechargeable rear bike light for me. They dealt with it quickly and nothing was any trouble.

I purchased an Amtech 28mm pipe cutter as I had to cut some pipes in a very restricted space. However, when it arrived, I couldn't get it onto the pipe as the cutting wheel didn't move. I contacted their Tech Support who were very helpful and sent out another one by courier. The replacement worked fine. Great service!

I was really impressed with the speed and efficiency of their response. My faulty tool was replaced by courier within just a few days.

I recently purchased an Amtech V2560 multitool. The tool is versatile and surprisingly powerful for it's size. It comes with a range of different tools to suit different requirements.

However what has really impressed me is Amtech's customer service, which is exceptional.

The ratchet handle the socket set I bought stopped working. I spoke with Steve who was very supportive and sent me a new socket set. Great customer service and would definitely recommend you guys.

DIY companies are not renowned for their customer service, but Amtechdiy are the exemplar of how it should be done.
I contacted them to find out if I was using the tap wrench incorrectly. Steve on the customer Service desk replied at lightning speed and after a couple of emails he ascertained that there was a fault with the wrench.
He came back in a short time and offered an alternative which I accepted. It arrived in the post a couple of days later.
After this experience, I will not go anywhere else for my DIY tools without going to Amtechdiy first.

The customer service team at Amtech/DK Tools is one of the best - and fastest - I have ever dealt with. I submitted a warranty claim when the speed controller of my V6510 multi-tool stuck in the fastest mode, which was too quick for the delicate sanding I use it for. My online claim was acknowledged by email after five minutes and a member of staff phoned me about 15 minutes later to say that a new V6510 would be dispatched immediately. It was brilliant to be back in control of a very useful sander. What great service! Top team.

Absolutely fantastic service, best customer service I've ever had.

Amazing help from the guys was received with my recent transaction. I purchased a suction puller to remove kitchen plinths in tight spaces but it wasnt quite heavy duty enough so I contacted the Amtech team & right away I was sent a replacement which works really well. Highly recommend this company who look after their customers.

Purchased a vice from eBay via a different supplier, it subsequently broke and had to contact the company directly,,, wow , if only others were as good as these !! So quick with the minimum of hassle , Very Impressed, thanks 🤩

I needed a replacement for an Am-Tech 5 Watt torch charging lead but which is apparently now obsolete and no longer available. The advisor from DK Tools Ltd took considerable trouble searching for the part which might have been retained among the spares in his office but that was unsuccessful. Since the torch was under guarantee I was supplied with an entire unit Amtech Cree 12 watt rechargeable LED torch for which I am extremely grateful.

Amtech DIY, were great in solving the problem of my soldering iron not working, after talking to there warranty department and sending a copy of my receipt I received a new soldering iron within a few days. I was very impressed with there company. Chris Davies, East Yorkshire.

I purchased an Amtech S8006 torch some years ago which incorporated a led bulb.I rang Amtech to obtain a replacement bulb but was told that i would be forwarded a warranty claim to complete. My claim was accepted and two days later i received a complete new torch.
Excellent service,very professional.

I purchased a Palm sander last May.
I didn't use it again until recently and it developed a fault with the speed and cutting out.
Contacted Amtech warranty who were very polite and helpful.
I supplied a couple of photographs of sander and within a couple of days a new one arrived at my doorstep.

The handle on a relatively new pair of garden shears broke, a quick email got me a link to the warranty claim form, and a replacement pair arrived a couple of days later. Very efficiently handled.

Exceptional service from all at DK Tools who are agents for Amtech, from the switchboard to the warranty manager. Multi tool problem with on/off switch. Replacement sent within days. Excellent, will definitely buy Amtech tools again. I’m a serious woodworker, so good tools matter.
