I had an issue with the lamps on my baseball caps, and I thought it would be useful to identify the problem to Amtech. My message was answered in super fast time, and with helpful comments and courtesy. The matter was resolved -- again very quickly -- and I would have no hesitation in recommending Amtech products. The level of service and commitment to its end users is quite superb.

I’m very very impressed with the level of service I received from Amtec. I had ordered some tyres almost a year ago which had some minor issues and the company decided to send replacements without causing inconvenience like some other companies out there.

Outstanding service. A mechanical pencil purchased on ebay was sent with 3 leads instead of 4. After proving proof of purchase another was sent immediately. Communication was very good and speedy. I was surprised how considerate and efficient they were.

I have a utility knife that a 'friend' inexplicably took apart and we couldn't figure out how to put it back together - I had a 'spare' spring. The team answered my query within an hour and included photos so I knew exactly what to do with the little spring. I much prefer my knife to the branded ones around so I was super happy

During recent flooding in London I used an Am-Tech water pump for the first time after having bought it a few years ago. Due to my own mechanical incompetence I had a problem with the casing screws that I could not solve. After an email exchange with Steve, which included my sending a photo of the screw, the problem is now sorted and I am ready for the next time I have to pump out our coal hole. Steve was very helpful throughout. The pump itself is no longer sold by Am Tech but that did not stop him digging out the information that was needed.

Apart from the initial confusion with my email address which I think I gave out wrong when I got in contact with Steve again reference my sander I just wish that every company was helpful and efficient as Steve was in sorting my problem out for me if anyone ever asked me about amtech tools and the after sales service I will have nothing but praise for them thank you so much to steve for getting things sorted out for me so quickly and so efficiently

I have a 6year old rechargeable torch where the battery began to fail. Amtech have replaced the battery by return of post, no hastle, no arguments.
I wish to thank amtech for their excellent customer service.

Had an enquiry about a manhole Key tool, after providing pictures and measurements of my requirements Mr S.P. was extremely helpful in understanding if the tool would fit the need.
Once I received the ordered tool it fitted exactly and made my tasks an awful lot easier. I will always have AMTECH as my first call for any future tool needs as I'm confident if they have a product that would fit my need they will always help out.

Excellent - bought on eBay a hammer handle fell off after light use and the warranty dept replaces it very fast even had it delivered on Sunday - must cost them more then hammer worth for Sunday postage as I would been happy to receive Monday - but super fast and efficient -

I spoke to customer services regarding a warranty issue on Tuesday afternoon, after sending them a picture of the item, it was agreed a replacement would be sent to me, it arrived Thursday lunchtime.

I purchased an Amtech automotive compression tester from EuroCarparts, on the first try air was leaking out of the pressure release valve to the extent that it was impossible to take a reading.

A couple of emails to Amtech and a replacement is shipped. Really refreshing to have such a positive customer experience!

Amtech honoured warranty on heat gun and had new replacement sent straight away. Very good customer service and communication.
