When my Amtech splitting maul broke I was upset because it was a very good tool for the job. However, my disappointment soon turned to impressed wonder when my email explaining what had happened was answered rapidly and efficiently. After sending them pictures of the broken parts, Amtech’s Customer Service Department immediately swung into action, contacting me with up-dates on progress of the replacement, apologising for any delay, and even sending an interim tool. This company sets the benchmark for customer service and I will recommend them and purchase tools from them in the future. Simply the best!

I took delivery of a amtech rechargeable Lamp that I was unable to to light and did not recharge. I complained to amtech about this on Sat.20th Nov. had a reply on Mon. 22nd Nov. that enabled me fill a complaint form and send it that same day, received a conformation and was offered a replacement. Delivered to me 24th Nov. 3:00 pm.

I bought two padlocks from a local hardware store and neither worked. I contacted customer services and Steve very kindly replaced both and tested them first to make sure they worked. He delt with my issue straight away and my padlocks were with me within a day. Excellent service.

I had a broken spade still under warranty, made a claim which was speedily and efficiently dealt with and a replacement sent immediately. I am absolutely delighted with Amtech and have no hesitation recommending them. Keep up the good work Steve you are brilliant.

I contacted the company to file a warranty claim and received an immediate response. They were polite and efficient and I received a new product the next day. The best customer service I've received from any company lately!!!

Lost the locking tab on a tool box. Asked how much to buy and post a new one. They said they would post one out free of charge. Then received an e-mail to say they had not got one in stock and would be sending me a brand new box. All through the process the crew were very professional, courteous and great to communicate with. Will I buy their wares again? You can be sure I will

I had a faulty padlock that kept getting water ingress and it was causing rusting and this stopped it from working and locking. Steve was great and sent me a replacement after sending proof of fault. This was delivered in good time and now all working really well

Excellent response time to my email. My questions were answered with text and photo with physical example of the items fit, which was taken especially for this occasion. Nice personal tone in the email, overall great support, I would recommend them 100%.

Bought the Pyrograph Marking tool. And found that the tool bit head somehow cross threaded on the first attempt to remove it. Contacted DK Tools and they immediately took remedial action to replace the unit. It arrived promptly through the post without fuss, and works perfectly too!

Tarpaulin damaged due to the high winds. Fantastic customer services replied quickly and sent out a replacement quickly as item was still under warranty. First class customer service department

I bought a mini drill set and unfortunately there was a fault, I know the item has a 3 yr guarantee but the store we’re refusing to take it back, it was literally wks old. I contacted the manufacturer and these guys instantly replaced it free of charge because of the guarantee. Definitely recommend

Brilliant warranty service. No quibbles and very swift replacement of an item that unexpected had a problem. Early in 2021 I bought an Amtech U0850 Pruning saw to replace a previous Amtech one that was lost. The new one was fine, though with a possible one-off flaw in the plastic body which was revealed by heavy legitimate use - when it snapped. But I now have another thanks to Amtech's good service.

Bought a pair of clamps 2 years ago and the first one broke after one year and the second one broke a year later with the same problem. Both have been replaced with no questions asked within three days.

Obviously a design fault that maybe should be looked at.

Had a pair of bolt croppers break, sent in a photo and a few days later a new pair arrived on my doorstep. No Spanish inquisition about how I'd been using them, no trying to invalidate the warranty by claiming I'd cut something too big, just efficient, polite resolution of my problem. Top marks!
