I ordered a watch as a Christmas…
I ordered a watch as a Christmas present. The watch was over £1000. The website said the item was in stock and available for next day delivery.
I later received an email informing me that the watch I had ordered won’t be in stock for 3 months.
I asked for a refund which will apparently be provided in 3-5 days.
What was more irritating about the process was that even after I was informed the watch was not in stock, it still displayed as available for next day delivery online.
To be clear, the refund was only issued after I called up and requested it.

Fantastic customer experience from AMJ, great comms via WhatsApp initially, then followed up by a phone call when needed. They came in with really good prices when I approached them with offers I had been given by companies.

Bought watch but they cancelled the transaction days later.
Well they had their black Friday sale and I got a watch at a great price. They accepted the card payment and 3 days later they cancelled the transaction stating that the watch was no longer available. Now, I would have given them the benefit of the doubt but this is the 2nd time that this has happened . I will not try and buy from this company again. The manager did try and offer other watches but not what I wanted. They did apologise and said they will refund me my money... Hope they do.
** Revised my score just based on the fact that the owned up to their mistake and said sorry and refunded me the funds quickly and seems like a genuine mistake.

The watch arrived with a flat battery, it hadn’t been check before being sent out. It was rectified by the vendor but took an extra week.
