The product itself is good however it’s not durable. I spend over a thousand on a device and it’s broken just after 1 year time. Had contact with the service team and got told they can’t do anything on it because it’s out of warranty time Evan it’s just over for a month. They convinced me to buy a new one by giving me discount and however they refused to do it at the end. The customer service is terrible. The whole thing it’s like a scam.

It is really a disappointing and waste of time. Their customer service is horrible and try to scam you. I placed an order and then I realized it is better to cancel it since it takes long to receive the items. I email for cancellation immediately but there is no reply. I email a few times and also got on the online chat but no one respond on the online chat. The robot in the chat asked me to provide order number for cancellation which I did. A few hours later, the rep got on the online chat to tell me it’s too late and the item is shipped. They can’t cancel the item whatsoever. To me, it really feel like a scam.
I was a little hesitant after reading…
I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews on here, but found the specs really good for the R1 Lift facial device and pricing reasonable compared to other brands. I paid with paypal to be safe.
Delivery: The device took a while to arrive to Australia, I think around two weeks, and came in two seperate packages. The tracking wasn't updated that often and the first package was the only one I had tracking for which when it arrived only included free chin masks, which initially had me worried.
Customer Service: I reached out to customer service who were very helpful and assured me it would be coming and provided another tracking number.
The Device: If I had my time again I might get a different device (I got the R1 lift, I liked the eye feature since that's area of concern for me, but I wish I had the device with the additional RF no ems option because it feels nice and I'd like to be able to use that feature daily).
The device use is a bit confusing because the instructions and device labels are in Chinese and the text is so light it is hard to capture to be able to use Google Translate and then when you are able to translate, the translation is pretty quirky as you can expect. I checked out the site again and watched a few videos on Youtube to get the hang of using the device. Mine is the lift device so it was hard to find the specifics for that device, like which mode is eye mode (?) but I think I've worked it out. I'm guessing I could email customer service for assistance, but you just want to use it when it arrives not email trying to find instructions.
I love the device, it was beautifully packaged and the device is classy and sophisticated in appearance. It seems to work well and I enjoy incorporating it into my skincare routine and part of my unwinding ritual before bed (every second or third night). It's hard to say if it is working to make a visible difference because it hasn't been that long, but based on my research and the specs I believe it will over time.
I'm not sure if my skin is just dry (winter here at the moment), but I go through a lot of the gel and if I don't keep reapplying it gets a bit grippy. So you may like to order a few tubes if you want to use their brand. Moving forward I'll just buy a generic gel from the chemist, there are options that seem the same for under AU$10.
Summary: I'm happy with my experience and the customer service. I would give 5 stars but the website was a bit overwhelming with all the deals, promo's and savings and all the emails which I've unsubscribed from. It would also be better if the manual also offered instructions in English. All in all love the device and would recommend :)
Do not bother wasting your money with…
Do not bother wasting your money with this brand. Their marketing is the best part of the brand sadly, and perhaps their devices MAY BE somewhat effective (although I can’t say for myself as after over 3 weeks I am still waiting for my delivery.) Their customer service is beyond shocking. They sound more like AI chat bots that just drone on from a script rather than an actual human being interested in your complaints or in solving your issue. They refuse to provide any other contact details so you can’t escalate to anyone, you are stuck talking to their chatbots for all eternity. I have asked for an order cancellation and a refund repeatedly, but they won't acknowledge my request. Whoever they use as a shipping provider are beyond incompetent. You would imagine that a brand marketing itself as a premium provider would use courier to deliver your electronics. No, they send it by post, gels and other products degrading in the heat stuck at airports and warehouses. I have ordered cheaper unbranded electronic items from China that delivered within 5 days and offered better customer service. To be honest by the number of influencers who have been provided free devices to post positive content for Amiro, this should tell you enough. If your product and your service is high quality you don’t need to bribe people to market your products. There are many devices with similar technology on the market for the same price that actually care about their customer experience. Buy one of those instead. Save your money and energy talking to robots.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They use misleading advertising on their website and they are not to be trusted. Their website advertises a 90 day money back guarantee and visible results within 28 days. But if you try to return a product within that 90 day timeframe they tell you that you cannot because the product was used! So I just spent $800 on a product that does absolutely nothing. Do not waste your money!
Order not delivered for 2 months
I ordered mirror worth £80 on 15.11.23. I didn't recieve my order as looks like it have been lost by Royal Mail. I send several emails to Amiro asking if they can refund my money as I didn't get my order. Since November I am still waiting for refund. It have been 2 months and the only reply I am getting is to wait. £80 it is a lot of money for not delivered item. Anyone know what to do in this situation? They telling me I need to contact Royal Mail but Royal Mial claiming that sender should claim refund from them.
Please help 🙏
