i purchased directly from amino beauty Inc on 7/14th/2025 and received on of their devices as part of my order, the hair remove device arrived faulty/ defected.when i contacted customer service, first she asked if i can purchased try difference charger to see if is working and will refund the fee back to me if the device is working :-(((, unlorturnaly, it still not working, so i contacted customer service, they admitted the product was defected but refuse to replace it, claiming it was a "promotion gift" and therefore not covered by their after -sale support.
this policy was never clearly disclosed before purchase, instead of taking responsibility , they told me to throw the device away- a wasteful and unacceptable response for any company, especially one selling high priced beauty technology.
A working product should be a basic expectation, gift or not, this experience shows a lack of transparency, poor customer service, and no regard for sustainability. i would not buy from Amiro Beauty again and would warn other to be cautious before purchasing.

I followed Tatis recommendation to purchase this mask. I really like it so far. It is helping decrease the discoloration of my acne scars.

Having tried other LED masks, I can confidently say the AMIRO LED mask stands out. Its lightweight design makes it incredibly easy to wear, allowing me to move freely while getting my treatment. The intensity of the LED lights is noticeably stronger compared to other brands I've used. After just one month, I've seen a improvement in my skin's radiance and smoothness. This mask is a definite must-have, especially for those who are hesitant about light therapy.

I worked with (collaborated with) Amiro thinking it was a professional paid partnership. They promised payment, kept changing the terms, asked for multiple edits, and then completely ghosted me after I delivered everything.

I’ve worked with many brands, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Based on all the other Trustpilot reviews, customers aren’t happy either — so it’s not just creators being treated poorly.

Do not trust this brand. Amiro is shady and not worth your time.

Originally if I could have given a 0 I would. I ordered a skin tightening device with supporting supplies. What I got was a hair removal device. They don't have a customer support phone only email, which is obviously responded to by an incompetent AI device. I even started to file fraud charges with my bank about them in order to get a resolution. The company did finally respond and corrected the problem. I am satisfied with the product now.

Updating my review to 3 stars from 1 star from below since Amiro did contact me to offer a 40% refund if I’m willing to update my review about my negative experience. At least they tried their best to reverse the negative experience, but still they need to be more clear about the return policy on their website.

I wanted to return a device that was brand new in an unopened box. I was told that I had to pay for $200 custom fee to ship back to China. Do not buy from Amiro if you are trying to return. Their website said they offer 90 day return, but customer had to pay for return shipping. They did not disclose the custom fee for the return shipping.

I bought U1 and received it in July blast year. Now it is broken. Amiro won't send me a new one. I tried to contact them multiple times and they are not replying anymore. The live chat is not available during their office hour as well. This company now bankrupting, they are not serving customers anymore.

You can almost never get in contact with customer service. If you do, they’ll send you one message then ghost you for days/wks even. Very unprofessional. Horrible service.

Several months after purchasing the LED mask, the controller stopped working. This is supposed to be under warranty. I tried contacting the company many times and got a request to send them a video showing the issue. I did that immediately but have not received any response. This product was NOT cheap! Their customer service is abolutely awful. So, now I'm stuck with a non-functioning mask after spending the money for the device!

I ordered the rf face tightening machine and received the incorrect item (the led face mask) I contacted customer service repeatedly and NO REPLY!!! They are nothing short of a disgraceful company with ZERO after sales. Their website and online tutorials promise the earth but in reality deliver nothing. Fortunately my credit card company have refunded me the full price I paid. Please do not order from them unless you want lots of stress!!! I would give zero stars if this was an option.

AmiroBeauty sells extremely low-quality products at outrageous prices. Devices often break down after just a few months of use. AMIRO lies about their warranty — they simply refuse to honor it!!! The company has zero respect for its customers: they promise replacements but never deliver. Customer service ignores complaints and disappears once they have your money.

Do not waste your time or money on AmiroBeauty. This is a dishonest, exploitative company!

The return process was so difficult, all to not have any of my money refunded. This is a scam. Do not buy from amiro.

I received my first order from Amiro yesterday and the products are just as described.

Delivery to Europe took some time, 22 days, but it was absolutely worth the wait.
When my impatience got the better of me and I reached out to customer service, I got a quick and informative reply back.

I have the AMIRO S2 Seal RF Skin Tightening Device and after using it just a few times with- and without the smart mask I already see and feel a difference to my skin.
I’m 56, by the way and have never paid much attention to my skin. I do now 😊

I had to choose 1 star, but my rating is ZERO! On April 13th I ordered the AMIRO eye Rejuvenation RF device for 252 euros for mothers’ day. 20 days later I received a broken parcel with a very cheap led mask that I did not order, and which was offered at less than $200! I wrote to AMIRO and asked them to send me a pre-paid label to return this mask and requested they send me my order. On April 27th, they replied that they would ship my order quickly. Since that day I have sent them more than 10 emails, but they are not responding. My wife did not get her gift for mothers’ day. Furious I asked them to refund my order several times but they are just not responding. They stole 252 euros that I saved for my wife’s gift. This company is a SCAM, thieves without scruples. I am so mad I listened to the influencers Tati and Cassandra Bankson. I am so angry for having been fooled. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Costumer service is disastrous.

I posted the review on their website on 13Mai25, which was verified by the third-party review app “judge me” but it was never posted. So, this is how they cheat with the high ratings for their fake products. I am so pissed!

I was sent a defective R-1 Pro device which wouldn't hold a charge for more than 15 seconds. I contacted Amiro service and was emailed saying I had to take a video of myself using the device to make sure I was using properly (like I can't read instructions). I did as requested and received an email with return address but I'm responsible for return shipping!!!! Horrible customer service, so I have to pay expensive return shipping and hope for a refund. They are based in China so it takes days to hear back from them. Only buy products from U.S. Lesson learned and other posters are correct, these beauty influencers receive devices for free for their positive reviews.

Total Garbage. The battery won't hold a charge after 5 hours, even though the light appears to be Green. These products are a complete ripoff!

This is a shady and unscrupulous company.

They ship from the US, so you get an item in a few days.

They offer a 90 Return on unwanted products.

But if you try to return something, they offer you pennies on the dollar or want you to ship it back to China at the cost of HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.

Finally, I did not get any money back. I paid $719 to buy a life lessons and learned that never buy stuff from chinese. They provide cheap stuff and higher price product. Important thing is never horon theri promise even on their website return policy said if the product defective you can get a replacement or full refund. However, it is a lie. My facial device for the express model does not work properly, and the seller did not admit this, insisted said no problem to refused any refund or replacement. So if you want to get a lot of trouble after you buy a faical device, just go away from this business. Otherwise, you will encounter hard communication, wasted time, a lot of unhappy things, and lose all the money. Because the sellers have very rich experience with chargback cases, they know how to manage disputes, and you never get your money back from the bank. So do not put any hope in a dispute to get your money back. That way is not working. do not believe some good reviews are fake reviews. you just check the bad review, and then you will know what is true. the last way only to report this business.
