ordered a body wave wig recently and the hair is super soft. lace melted right into my skin during install! loved that they kept me updated on shipping, got here in like 7 days.

Their wigs are the REAL DEAL! Very thick density, quality hair and I love the ready to wear units that are already plucked, bleached and tinted. I look forward to purchasing more units from them in the future!

I ordered two wigs. Both were delayed. One was double drawn auburn and beautiful. The other was a horrid shade of yellow. 4 stars for the good one. 1 star for timeliness and the would have gotten 5 stars but they stopped communicating. Then the 300 bucks ugly wig now they are not answering emails

worst experience ever trying to return a wig i bought and they completely ignored me not responding and won’t allow me to return it. it’s never been worn cut touched or anything and contacted them right away to start return process. their return policy is false and you will be scammed. very disappointed

HORRIBLE experience. Will never use this company again!! The customer service is terrible. Ordered a wig. Never received it. Asked company to cancel order and send refund. This request was sent almost 5 days ago. Still haven’t received my money yet. This company is fraud and very unprofessional. They are refusing to give me my money back. So basically I have no wig and they have my money. Had to get my bank involved. Be aware. You will have to literally fight to get your money back.
