My wigs are beautiful

My wigs are beautiful. The hair is so soft and curls well.

Only thing is there are quite a few grey hairs that I have had to pull out and I still haven’t gotten all of them. But O know it’s all human hair.

BEWARE OF COMPANY

Hello. I have been reaching out to thier customer service to do my return, and they are telling me to keep the wig. I DO NOT WANT IT! It has not been opened. All tags are still on. I sent photos. I WANT to return it for a full refund but still get a runaround email back! This is ridiculous. I have to go through this to do a retun as it says on your website! And the wig looks nothing like the photo and does not feel like human hair! Be careful with this company!!

Hello, my name is Laurie Vaceannie order number AM86281. I am a highly sort after professional hair influencer with close to 20,000 followers I ordered two wigs from you and one of them is totally red. It was supposed to be reddish brown. See the picture. I have a photo shoot coming up at the end of May and was willing to feature both wigs in that order number, The wigs came in plastic bags no boxes no nothing, I am appalled I am saddened and I am very disappointed and upset on what I was sent. I was recommended to you by a family friend. The long blonde wig was supposed to have bangs. It has no bangs. The reddish brown wig is completely red and was supposed to be reddish brown, I have yet to receive Order number AM86617 I have yet to hear from you

You are right. The reddish brown wig you received is completely red, and the blonde wig was supposed to have bangs but does not. These are mistakes on our end, and we apologize. We have already approved your return and full refund for order #AM86281.

Regarding packaging: we hear your feedback about the plastic bags. We will do better.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They are catfishing the wig that was sent to me was not the Wig in the picture. Very low quality not happy. I will never order from them again. Very poor Customer Service and did not want to give my money back. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Amanda Hairs site states if you request…

Edited: Amanda Hairs site states if you request a return within 30 days, you pay shipping and they refund you fully as long as product us in tact. It was a struggle to hold them to THEIR POSTED POLICY.

You are right. Our policy says 30-day returns. You requested a return the same day you received the package. We should have given you the return address immediately. Instead, we spent 3 days asking you to "give the product a chance." That was wrong.

This wig looks nothing like promoters review . 26 inch wig - measurements barely 14 inches front with an abundance of fly away and mid back of wig appears consistent lengthy pieces of hair thinned out to 18 inches in length. ITS NOT TRUE TO LENGTH AND I MEASURED IT!! The wig is so thin, wide space and Doesn't look nothing like pic in fullness and length!! I'm returning it since I had to order wig from another vendor

I ordered two wigs

I ordered two wigs . One black one highlight . They sent me two black wigs , NO blonde both shorter than what I paid for. They shorted me on inches HOW CHEAP ! I emailed them and even contacted them through what’s app and they left me on READ!
First and last time ordering I feel so scammed will definitely be uploading videos to my YouTube and instagram accounts to let everyone know not to even waste time with such a ponzischeme company .

My order was delivered to me quickly thanks to Alisa. She was so helpful and eager to help me in ensuring my package came in time for my birthday. However, we also hear your core complaint: that the color you received looks nothing like the photos. If that is true, we agree that a $15 offer was too low, and that a simple policy citation does not fully address your frustration.
