Look no further

Alternaleaf provides an excellent quality of service from start to finish. The communication is excellent, the encounters with every member of staff has been professional and efficient, the delivery of the medicine is excellent, the medicine itself is excellent. Everything is excellent; 5/5 definitely recommend.

Was anxious about my appointment

Was anxious about my appointment. And it got cancelled 40 minutes before. I went on the live chat and Hayley advised it was the portal that cancelled it not a person. She went through everything, was quick, professional, really lovely and comforting when I was flustered. She has rebooked for me now and wished me luck. Thank you Hayley

They won't prescribe you medical…

They won't prescribe you medical cannabis if you have a mental health condition like schizophrenia or if you have insomnia bloody unfair

This company is exceptional

This company is exceptional. I was previously with Releaf, where the monthly cost was £40, significantly higher than Alternaleaf's £5. Their delivery is prompt, and the product quality surpasses what I received from Releaf. I regret not discovering Alternaleaf sooner. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

The choice of dried flower the GP…

The choice of dried flower the GP prescribed is very good! Looking forward to trying different products like the vape liquids and possibly edibles in future. The delivery was spot on and very discreet. I was also impressed with the online video call from the GP. All things considered i would definitely recommend your company to anyone who is in need of this kind of medication. I'm a new customer and will definitely be continuing with my prescriptions as it is really helping with my condition.

I have received perscribed medicine all…

I have received perscribed medicine all seem closed and an arizer solo 3 vaporiser that is charging, I also bought some CBD gummies which seem to have been opened so the sweets look damp and the foil on the top seems to have been opened before I received. Service and Staff have been excellent. Only problem I have is the gummies.

SERIOUS LACK OF CARE AND INEFFICIENCY. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Totally inefficient and full of false hope!

Cancelled my appointment I had been waiting month/weeks for 2 DAYS before my appointment due to some paperwork not being added - after sending all my documents!!!

WHY OH WHY tell me now when it was over a month ago I had sent all the paperwork.

For people who are already in pain physically and mentally and are already getting let down by the NHS - I find this so cruel.

Lack of proactiveness and complete lack of empathy from the robotic woman ‘Manuala’
Copy and pasting replies to me, not answering my queries or replying properly - this is not good enough!

I would like someone to call me to explain why I have been let down and why you think it’s okay to waste my time and charge for this absolute nonsense when the care is absent.

I do not wish for any further monies to be taken from my account.

I should have read the bad reviews and gone elsewhere - you’re just as bad as Sapphire/Curaleaf and I’m absolutely disgusted.

I very much doubt you’ll have the efficiency or humanity to contact me as you’ve already proven this to me though lack of attentiveness.

Sickened.

UPDATE 17th July:

Absolutely no correspondence from Aternaleaf, despite providing details, no reply to my emails and no phone call, still take money from me. They really don’t give a damn once they have your money.
Absolute disgrace.
