Really easy

Really easy , really put me at ease. I spoke to a lady and we chatted for a little while , she then scheduled a doc appointment the following day.
Spoke to doc on zoom / thru a link and we discussed treatments ( I chose oil ). And he said he would review and I would hear in a few days ( it only took from initial consultation , Tuesday , doc appointment on Wednesday and
I had my prescription sent through on Saturday. I was then able to purchase what’s he’d written on my prescription through a link. I did and purchased yesterday (Tuesday ) I’m waiting for delivery now. Great experience. Wish I’d done this much sooner.

I've just received my first prescription

I've just received my first prescription today so its a bit early to comment on the product, although at first sight it looks very clean. I didn't have to wait very long between the prescription being verified and delivered.
Interactions with the online staff have been helpful and relaxed. I hope future online meetings are equally productive.

Technical issue and communication problems…

Every video call has had technical issues as in no sound so had to resort to a phone call, then there's the bombarding you with emails wanting a review before you have even received your first order. The second prescription wasn't what I wanted and regardless of it being wrong it can't be altered. At 67 I requested help using their website because it's very confusing and the A.I assistant just sends you around in circles. The email I sent requesting assistance took over a week to get a reply and in the meantime I was again bombarded with emails telling me I haven't used my prescription. When I did get a reply to my email it was to say that once a prescription is made out it can't be altered even though it was wrong and instead of cancelling the prescription I was made to wait until the next one is due. When this company gets it right it's good but when they get it wrong they completely fail the customer with poor communication and unflexible attitude. I can't recommend them at this time until my next prescription who will be due on the 11 th July. They need to focus on getting the service working right before requesting reviews constantly. The only reason I did this review is because yet again even when the order isn't working correctly the automated send an email to request a review is obviously more important.

It's been a great experience

It's been a great experience, I had 2 consultations where I discussed my symptoms, then the prescription had to be reviewed by a panel of experts. The prescription was processed quickly by the pharmacy.

The slowest part was requesting access to my summary care record - the GP took 1.5 months to process the request.
