I started enquiries with a different clinic but i have adhd and it just seemed really complicated; then i saw Alternaleaf and thought id try again and within weeks i’m waiting for my first prescription. If you qualify initially and the consultant confirms your medical history it’s the quickest easiest process and i wish id done it much sooner. They have answered any queries ive had and made the steps clear. It was a little tricky picking the right device for my prescription but all done in a few minutes. I’d definitely recommend Alternaleaf

Having been with Alternaleaf for more than a year I am disappointed to have to be moving to a different provider. Alternaleaf has been touted as the best clinic for medical cannabis and for good reason: cheap membership, varied catalogue and good service. Over the year I had one issue where I was left one week without a prescription. It seems their system offered me a quarterly appointment too late meaning that by the time a prescription was authorised, signed and dispensed I was without treatment. I emailed Alternaleaf and they were indifferent and I waited for my prescription. I let it lie and dreaded my next quarterly review.
In between the need for quarterly appointments ordering and receiving medication is fine but every time I am due an appointment, it is always later than it should be and I end up with periods without treatment. This has just happened recently after Alternaleaf switched their customer service to South Africa and they are atrocious. I sent an email asking who regulates the UK cannabis industry and they completely ignored me and the most recent emails are dismissive and almost inviting me to move to another clinic. It seems their customer service doesn't extend to listening to customer complaints. If they could resolve the quarterly appointment issue and rude customer service operatives I would have stayed with them but alas they are oblivious to any need to address what, from other reviews, is clearly going to impact their business more and more as more patients leave.
If you are seeking a clinic for medical cannabis, Alternaleaf is no longer the best. Whoever emails customers couldn't care less and know there are no consequences for being rude, dismissive or simply ignoring you. I am shocked. In general medicine, missing two doses of a patients' medication is considered a safe guarding issue, one dose if it is a controlled drug. Cannabis is a controlled drug and Alternaleaf don't care if you have gaps in treatment no matter how that might impact your health.
As for their flower quality, I can't say I have had problems in any way and ordinarily, their delivery service is quick and free.
£300 per month plus more than £400 in setup equipment and zero customer service is not a good deal.
EDIT RESPONSE: requesting information via Trustpilot's system is insufficient to potentiate any investigation. I am unable to submit the emails and names of people who ignored my questions and the last lady who was very dismissive. Also part of the problem is the system showing items available at point of order then unavailable when prescription is signed which I can't personally evidence. The train of emails are in your system under my name.

Great service and product quality i highly recommend them

Not a bad company, however Stock is always a problem one month you get something and it works the next month. You don’t see it again and then because of the timing of ordering you can’t order it again because it’s out of stock, not Very Good.

Also, other companies are jumping on board with the extracts and the hash. You need to be doing this as well. Don’t be one of those companies that fall behind and lose your name.
After all all you want to do is make money but you’re missing out big-time when other pharmacies or companies are covering stuff that you don’t

Fantastic experience with the Alternaleaf Team. Everybody i interacted with was polite, friendly and very quick to respond.

Entire process was very straight forward, the slowest element of the process was trying to get my medical records from the NHS.

The Alternaleaf doctor I had my appointment with was very calm, informative and caring. I already have quite a strong knowledge on strains, genetics, terpenes etc and know my tolerance well, as well as what works well for my condition. He was able to suggest an appropriate strain for one I had requested which was out of stock, based on my needs and tolerance.

It's a great clinic. Very helpful and very understanding the receptionist are great and so are the staff at Montu. Only thing I would request is more options on the cartridges as that's all I use

Lots of instructions emailed through. Staff who conducted video calls were excellent. Initial set up took a while. Once prescription was ordered the process they had to follow to get items sent out was good. Items sent next day delivery.

Only gripe is you have to get large bags. As someone on a budget who was prescribed 3 products it came to £180, which is too much for me. But per gram it’s still a brilliant price. And the medical professionals were informative and kind. Once the order goes through delivery is super fast. Highly recommended.

For the first time it was a little daunting didn't know what I was doing but how I've had the first delivery 😅 with out a knock at the door from you know how. I feel great and I strongly recommend this to anyone who needs this I'll be back again.

My first prescription and doctor suggested the names of the medication but I specifically told him I smoke bud and didn’t want anything else st the moment but he’s wrote me a prescription for vapes and I’ve been waiting for a week and still haven’t got a prescription change

They made the progress so easy and the Doctors are really kind.
Wish I had contacted them a long time ago, just didn’t realise how straight forward it was.
The chosen treatments (of which there are lots to choose from) are posted to your door in a plain box - next day delivery!
It really is a first class service all the way - and i’m hard to please.

Very helpful staff, no hassle, smooth sailing from the start

Really pleased with the service and strains prescribed. My sleep has vastly improved and therefore my quality of life. I've found Alternaleaf really pleasant to deal with. The only thing I've found challenging is the automatic email notifications which I've already fed back about (the communication in them could be clearer). From the initial assessment appointment onwards the experience has been really good. I'm glad I changed over to Alternaleaf.

Would highly recommend very helpful staff was brillant product is cheap and affordable and so is the plan alterleaf is a perfect service ans the best choose in the uk.
