Great internet service

Honestly, Alncom are by far, the best internet provider by far. Never had any problems. They are a professional, reliable, honest, trustworthy company. Have been with them for 14 months. They don’t spam you with emails,calls etc. couldn’t recommend them more.

Exceptional Service

I recently moved to Northumberland and from a National broadband provider who could not supply a service here. I chose Alncom. After a swift connection with exceptional communication, I had some buffering problems at the weekend, I submitted a ticket and the response was exceptional. Daniel contacted me on Sunday morning and resolved my problem and then called me to explain everything he had done and even apologised for calling me on Sunday! A great choice exceeding my expectations. Thank you.

Alncom - 5*

I recently transferred to Alncom for WiFi after being with BT for years. Not only am I saving £45 per month but the WiFi signal is much stronger and quicker. On top of this there is a number to call regarding any issues (which there haven’t been) and I actually get to speak to a real person! I would not hesitate in recommending Alncom

Very professional

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful group.
Highly recommend.
Their dedication and attitude of nothing is too much trouble, is second to none.
It feels like a very personal service they offer, which is much more than a large group/company, which I much prefer.
From the onsite team to customer services, all are fantastic. Everyone is literally a call or email away. Brilliant.

Simply the best company EVER

Simply the best company it’s so nice to phone and talk to a human Malaki was great as he talked me through how to do a hard reset so patient when that didn’t work the next day Brent arrived with a new router and spent the next hour making sure all my appliances were linked to the Wi Fi he was absolutely fantastic what more could you ask for Thank you

Dealing with Alncom has been great

Dealing with Alncom has been great, from start to install. The crew onsite were happy to talk and work through issues, leading to a much better cable situation that suited me. I was with Starlink and this is so much better.

The service is outstanding and the staff provide the confidence to the decision to leave one provider and use the services of Alncom. Simply the best, ISP

Comfortably the best Internet Service provider i have ever had.

-Connection speed: exactly as advertised with flexoble options to suit needs.
-Reliability: The only disruption to service i have had, is due to power cut on national grid (not the ISP) . Even here the company supported its customers with email update, notifying them of Electric companys repair work and anticipated return of power.
-Customer service: All calls for setup/termination answered very quickly by friendly and helpful UK based staff. The staff have always carried out actions they have promised.

Gutted my new unit is Wifinity only, or I would definately retain Alncom services.

First Class

The engineer who installed the broadband did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. Even set up my various devices with the new hub. First class job!

All of the Alncom staff I have dealt with over the last few months have been very professional, friendly and efficient.

Been with this company since it started…

Been with this company since it started always has excellent service staff are friendly and knowledgeable being in rural area had lots of problems with previous providers before trying Alncom definitely best provider and great price

Alncom are very reliable and friendly

Alncom Full Fibre Broadband Installation

As somebody who works online in various capacities, I have campaigned for many years to have Fibre Broadband installed at my property. Alncom has finally made this possible. My Full Fibre Broadband is now significantly faster, cheaper, and more reliable, than the previous service provided by EE. Alncom customer service is excellent, and the installation was quick and highly professional. Thanks Alncom, for making my online life a whole lot easier - all very much appreciated.

Go with Alncom!

Is there a dream company providing internet broadband? Yes there is! Alncom!

Like many people I've experienced a lot of internet providers; TalkTalk, BT, Sky, Virgin and many, many others. Some are just ok, some bad and some are just terrible

Contrast those with Alncom. They are so organized, friendly, always on the ball. It's like how a business should be run

Alncom recommended

Alncom installed our fibre recently and were friendly and efficient throughout.
I spoke to Jo and one or two others in the office and they were all polite, helpful and prompt in replying.
The guys who did the install did a really neat job of digging in the fibre round the front of the house in the pouring rain and were helpful and knowledgeable in getting us set up.
Recommended.

From the first contact with Alncom…

From the first contact with Alncom everything has been perfect.
The lads who installed the fibre optic were prompt and very efficient.
I think the lady in customer service was called Jo who was very helpful before and after the installation.
I couldn't me more happy with the product and would certainly recommend.

Excellent company

Excellent company,
Reported Internet down
They got back to me
Very quickly, they knew about the problem and engineer was checking it, kept me upto date on progress, right through till it was fixed. Definitely recommend them first time in 3 yrs we have had a problem.

First class service!

The service we received today was outstanding. Following my call we were kept updated throughout by friendly staff & an Engineer was out and sorted the problem within little more than an hour. Well done Alncom!
