Tas scarves and accessories

I have Alncom in my home as well as the business now can’t find any fault with it. Customer service is very good and always friendly and helpful. The fitting was very easy and Lewis did a brilliant job very tidy and efficient

A super fast service.

A super fast, efficient and friendly service. Installed, and up and running within two days of the initial phone call. Only installed a week ago, so far so good.

A drop card delivered to my home that…

A drop card delivered to my home that made me think,
my contract with my existing internet supplier had ended. The card offered a better price for the Alncom package, plus a fixed price contract. I telephoned Alncom and arrangements were made for a next day installation. It all went like clockwork, the engineer was very professional and polite. He went about his work without any disruption to my home, and was spotlessly clean. The whole process form the placement of the order to completion of the installation was perfect. Well done to all the Alcon team.

A giant among men

What can I say about the Alncom technical support guy that hasn't already been said about David Attenborough, Barack Obama and the Dalai Lama? Compared with the big providers, dealing with Alncom is an absolute joy.

First class internet provider.

Alncom gave us internet when no one else could. We are just a couple of miles outside of Corbridge on the A68 but nothing worked. They were able to give us internet bounced from other properties . It has worked brilliantly and we’ve been able to stream films and use computers etc. it’s been life changing for us. We’re signed up to move onto their full fibre broadband soon. It will make things faster and I’m sure we’ll get the same great service we’ve had from day 1. I would recommend them 100%.

Absolutely first class service from…

Absolutely first class service from booking the appointment to fitting the equipment. I will definitely recommend to my friends. I was made aware of Alncom via a friend and took advantage of the 6 month free deal.
I'm also saving £12pm compared to my previous provider.

Very friendly

Very friendly, helpful, hardworking and personable company of people who changed my 18MB internet to 200MB in rural area.
Friendly face to face meeting that simplified the process and followed up which was appreciated.

Can't thank Gareth and Katie for the…

Can't thank Gareth and Katie for the professionalism and customer support given today.
I asked for help with setting up a back up for my phone and Alncom internet and swiftly arranged a visit to set up.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and for us this will help if we get a power cut to be able to contact the outside world for help

Local firm gives great service

I upgraded today to a faster rate for my internet. There were a couple of queries which the staff dealt with quickly and efficiently. I moved from BT to Alncon a few years ago when BT/EE started to muck me around. I was a bit nervous moving over to a smaller company but it has been an overwhelmingly successful move as you are treated as a person not a number which is very refreshing!

Excellent service!

Brent, the engineer, attended my house around 1 hour after I had phoned Alncom to report the problem. He quickly established what the problem was and realised that it was a two person job. He called another engineer, Drew, who came around in 5 minutes. Both very friendly and resolved the problem in a professional manner. An excellent service all round from Alncom. Thank you.

Exceptional customer service

From the point of contact to follow up after installation, the process was made easy by the professional team at Alncom. We were struggling with our service at our property from our previous provider. Alncom performed the switch to full fibre with ease, highlighting the process during our call. The installation engineer went through where would be best to route cables and made sure the installation was tidy. We had one issue with drop of internet, which Alncom quickly resolved and had an engineer put same day. They followed up with a call to make sure we were happy with the service. Speeds are as advertised and customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend.

Support a local business - switching is easier than you think

After many years with the same phone/internet provider I nervously decided to switch to a local provider offering a more cost effective and faster service. The switch was seamless and quick - and even better it was organised by people who were easily contactable and responsive. My initial trepidation was unfounded and my advice would be - do it it is easier than you think!

Great customer service.

I became a customer because I got a great deal on Fibre to the house.
I stayed because of the excellent customer service.
Everyone I’ve spoken to at the company have been helpful, professional and in one case very patient with an elderly technophobe!

I’m gutted that an impending house move means I’m having to leave and source my Internet from elsewhere.

Fantastic service

Got an Alncom flyer through the door so I thought I'd call them to enquire as my EE contract was about to end. Fantastic service, broadband up and running the next day, much easier to contact than EE and a local company to boot

Excellent service and customer care!

Excellent service! When reporting an issue regarding problems accessing a website, Alncom took up the problem and solved the situation promptly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone as a top provider!
