The system worked extremely well and the property was very clean.
The only issue we had was receiving a phone call out of the blue to ask us to be at home to receive a laundry delivery. This might have been possible if we could have been given an accurate time ( which we weren't) but, because we had not been forwarned of this we were concerned that it might not be genuine and we're worried about the flat. We felt a sense of responsibility for the property. I tried checking but had mixed responses, so then spent time worrying about what to do.
Great to hear that you enjoyed the stay overall. I've investigated this phone call, and can only apologise - it seems as if this was made in error. We would never ask our guests to accept linen deliveries on our behalf, which are always completed whilst our housekeeping team are on site. Thank-you for checking-in with us regarding it.

We had heard excellent reports of Staysure holiday Insurance, so decided to use this company. We haven't had to put their services to the test yet, but taking out the insurance was very straightforward.
