Deceptive billing/ refund process
You can’t save images without all of the Alivemomement advertising showing with image. I was dissatisfied with this so canceled subscription right away. They still took out the full payment. I contacted their customer support without resolution. Their billing practices are very shady. I would avoid this company. I am having to work with my bank to resolve.

Fun and Easy to Use
I used Alivemoment on an old picture of my parents and my wife's Dad and brothers. Some of the movements were dead on. Pretty amazing for the most part, but some not so much (facial movements and smiles). I attribute the inaccuracies to the poor quality of the photographs. They were taken in the 70's and 80's. This is a great app!

I Really like the program- But beware of funny charges unasked for
I Really like the program. HOWEVER, I was charged for a renewal I never asked for. And when I tried to ask for a refund, my words fell on deaf ears. I asked for a cancellation of the product, and that went no where.
This put me in a precarious financial situation.
I would like a complete refund.
there are other software company's that do the same program as yours does.
