I used this service for my mum who wanted a reminder of her husband.
The video was not good and so I didn’t send it to her. So I have not used all the credit.
I thought I had paid for a set amount of pictures to be used. I had decided that I did not want to upset mum with a not good video.
This morning they have found money has been taken from my account, no e mail reminder so that if you didn’t realise you had time to cancel.
I have e mailed them and you just get you signed up blah blah.
They are not going to refund!
Be very careful if you think you are a one time user as this is a subscription I did not realise.
45.00 for one month.
I guess them not e mailing get them money from people like me that thought it a one time sell.
What a scam no morals.
Updated, I e mailed as they advised me to and I was told again sorry no refund so an absolute waste of time !

I enrolled in their service for 39 days. During that time period, I requested cancellation of my account. I never received a response, and they still charge me $68 a month. I have tried their contact them feature and never got an answer.

I received an email stating I would receive credits for some coins that expired, yet I never did and now they are sending me generic answers to my emails and not honoring their word. First is ridiculous that the coins expire, second I don't want to give any service that doesn't stand by their word my money.

Fun, and it didn’t completely change my face this time.

I cried when Alivemoment made one of the last photos of my late husband and I come to life. It was really special. So surreal and real at the same time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They prey on peoples vulnerabilities, so upsetting.
I found Alive Moments shortly after my mother-in-law died unexpectedly. We were incredibly close, and I paid $39.17 to bring two treasured photographs of her to life for our grieving family.
In a time of grief I didn’t realise was that I had apparently been enrolled in recurring payments of approximately $151. Over eight months, $526.26 was taken, despite me never using the service beyond those original two photos.
I explained the heartbreaking circumstances and asked for compassion and a full refund of the automatic payments. After initially receiving impersonal AI responses, Alive Moments refunded only $151 and did not respond to my request regarding the remaining $375.26.
A company built around preserving memories of loved ones should understand grief, vulnerability and compassion. What began as a loving tribute has instead become another painful experience connected to our loss. I am still asking Alive Moments to do the right thing and refund the remaining automatic payments.
UPDATE FOLLOWING THE COMPANY’S PUBLIC RESPONSE:
AliveMoment has publicly asked me to contact them so they can “review” my case. To be completely clear, I have already contacted the company repeatedly (11 emails) and provided my account details, the amount being disputed and the full circumstances.
After reviewing my case, AliveMoment confirmed to me in writing—more than once—that it would not refund the remaining $375.26 because its policy only permits a refund of the most recent subscription payment.
I even sent another email after posting my trustpilot review and their position remained unchanged. Suggesting publicly that I simply need to contact them again is extremely frustrating and gives readers a misleading impression that my case has not already been fully discussed and refused.
AliveMoment already has my details and complete correspondence. If the company genuinely wishes to assist me, it can reconsider its written refusal and refund the outstanding $375.26.

I bought the package of credits and bought more than I needed, which I ended up needing them all. Overall, it was okay, but several photos it made some really weird changes, such as completely changing the faces halfway through the video and some odd errors with hands and action. I had to re-do several videos many times, eating up the credits, without any way of resubmitting the same photo or editing it. Overall, I would have chosen a different tool as most of my photos and credit usage was completely unusable.

They are unscrupulous and will trap you into a $100 subscription. Beware!!! Do not use this app. I was taken for more than $400.

I have a 99.99 charge from alive moment and I have used it one time. Whats up with that? I might have used it for a reasonable price. I cancelled it we will see what happens??

This brought to life, dear family members that are no longer with us. Whom we loved dearly, and each of them were great men.
As much as I am and delighted to see just this photo animated it. A surprise $62 cost was declined. Because I felt it was rather steep. And I wasn't forewarned
