AJ Bell are first class
AJ Bell are first class. The site is very similar to what Barclays Stockbrokers used to have before they rebranded it overconfidently as Smart Investor and made it useless! Many people then migrated to AJ Bell. Always helpful, pick up the phone and can usually sort out any queries there and then.....and do reply to messages....

Excellent Telephone Communication and Service
After dreading calling the Share Dealing Service I was extremely pleased that the conversation was no less than a 5 star experience. Colin answered the call immediately and the first thing I noticed was the clarity of the call, no disturbance in the background ie sounds of sirens, dogs, children etc or any other office workers. Colin resolved my problem with absolute professionalism and I understood every word he said. Again highly recommend A.J. Bell.

accessing my pension pot
previously accessing my sipp with a jbell has been complicated due to the nature of the forms online that need to be filled in compared to my nest pension which is a more smoother process, but this time around the young lady on the phone guided me quickly to the payment screen and the transaction was completed in under 5 minutes.
